Burundi-Rwanda: Communique Conjoint a l’Occasion de la Visite de Travail au Rwanda de S.E. Albert Shingiro, Ministre Burundais des Affairs Etrangeres et de la Cooperation au Developement (20.10.2020)

The successful coup of November 2019 have now been restored. The Operation Condor of Bolivia has now been answered. The coup makers and the ones supporting it has lost. The party which was dethroned and taken out of power by force. Has now returned close to a year after winning the election yesterday.
The party of the ousted President Evo Morales, MAS-IPSP, the Movement for Socialism has returned. This must be a big blow for the ones supporting the coup and market liberalism they wanted to bring to the Republic.
The ones wanting favourable deals for the lithium mines for the batteries to electric cars. This is why people are mocking Elon Musk on social media today. As his generous deals with the mining industry. This is why the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) together with other partners collaborated and made it happen last year.
Now, its proven that it was a short term win and the ones ruling wasn’t popular, but an imposed regime. They toppled a popular government, which is initially returning. Now, the former Finance Minister of Morales, Luis Arce has won it.
That shows that you cannot change the reality on the ground. This wasn’t a popular uprising or the will of the people to bring down Morales. No, it was a imperialistic move to overturn the will of the people. So, that the imperialist could earn fortunes on the mineral wealth of Bolivia.
The regime of Jeanine Añez, who got the police and army behind her. However, she apparently never got the public behind her. As she was with right-wing and fascist. These have now lost. As this regime should answer for the 37 people it killed.
What can happen now is that the imposed government from the U.S. can leave Bolivia. They who made the MAS-IPSP and their allies suffer. The ones who sent Morales into exile. That is the sort of acts Anez did and she has to answer too.
MAS-IPSP resigned on the spot and left their positions as the coup happened. Today is the day that the Republic has returned to the public. Their will is respected and not supported by military. It is a government by the people and for the people. Therefore, the future is brighter for Bolivia.
The ones supporting imperialism lost, the ones that only see the vision of Washington D.C., but Bolivia isn’t mirrored by the White House, but it’s mirrored by the citizens of Bolivia. Peace.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson who has signed a revised Withdrawal Agreement (WA) and has a deadline of 31st December 2020 to end the transition period between the European Union and United Kingdom. That is all making sense.
EU negotiator Michel Barnier and the European Council have put out a statement on the 15th October 2020. Where they put forward the guidelines, yet again. While the Tories, David Frost and PM Johnson thinks they can move the goal-post in the final stages of the negotiations.
The UK are now asking for the trade agreements in line with Canada and Australia. This will not put forward the statutes, articles in the WA and the troubles of Internal Market Bill. The Tories are still playing the game of “what we want, we will get and forget old agreements”.
The funny thing about this. That the agreement made between UK and EU isn’t an old age agreement from a far forgotten past. No, it was made by the same government in negotiations with the EU. The European Council and EU 27 Member States has agreed upon this. Therefore, it is a significant deal, which settles the foundation of the relations between the two parties.
Alas, Boris wants to alter that now. Just mere 10 weeks ahead. While there are two more scheduled meetings and talks. The Prime Minister is putting forward talks of trenches and going to the barricades. As he knows his just playing for his base. The PM is doing this charade and mockery of a public display. He should know, that when you agreed upon certain things. It is a bit late to back-track just mere months ahead of deadline.
The Prime Minister Johnson is now trying to pull the pix-and-mix Brexit and the Red-White-Blue Brexit of Theresa May. This is 2020 and the Tories are still not sure what sort of Brexit it wants. It wants the best of both worlds. It wants to be a non-member, but also doesn’t want to honour the agreement it has already signed. That is showing what sort of disgusting leadership is in London.
London wants to bully Brussels. Brussels, the EU Commission and EU27 have been clear. There is no vindication for the Tories. It is just like a entitled brat wanting more candy, when the store is already closed a few hours ago. The parent have to give the kid a lesson and explain why its not possible.
The PM have to accept this and understand this. The only ones losing on this sort of public play. Is the British public and all citizens of UK. They are pawns by the leadership in Whitehall and Downing Street 10. Who are playing with their futures just to look good. While not making sure the best interests are made with the EU.
Instead, over Christmas an uncertain future is ahead, the UK is sailing alone and with possible “no-deal”. Which is affect all parts of society, most likely a higher inflation and hitting businesses in the midst of recession and a global pandemic. That is what the Tories are willing to do.
Just to look good on Prime Time TV and feed the Brexiteers in their homes. Who doesn’t see the damage it does, until it hits home. Peace.

“The relationship between Uganda and North Korea is more than an ordinary diplomatic relationship. It is a special friendship built over the years by the relationship between the Presidents of the two states” (Parliament.go.ug, 31.10.2014).
The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) or North Korea have been dealing with the Government of Uganda for decades. The National Resistance Movement (NRM) have been closely dealing with the North Korean counterparts. This has been done since the bush-war.
The North Koreans have both having businesses in Uganda, but also traded weapons to the Ugandan army. This have been older systems of ammunitions and weapons. Still, it has been an enterprise that have given the Pyongyang the needed foreign exchange and profits. While the Ugandans could get excessive weaponry to conflicts across their borders. It has been a win-win for both parties.
Which, when the Danish documentary series “the mole” exposed this. It has been known for ages. The UN has filed it in its reports for years. The knowledge of this trading and collaboration have been known. The DPRK and Uganda have been partners in crime. These low-cost parts and ammunition sold to Uganda have been good business for them both. Cheap imports and accessible to use in proxy wars.
There is knowledge and reports that contrary to UN Sanctions, the North Koreans has both manual workers and medical professionals working in Uganda. This is a way of earning money on the labour made by these citizens. Who are facilitated by state corporations working on projects and as part of state tenders in Uganda. Therefore, “the Mole” idea with building an arms factory in Uganda and using that as means for exporting illegal weapons. Wouldn’t be far-fetched because of the relationship between the states. It would be a win-win for both Republics and Presidents.
Just recently, Kim Jong-Un sent this message to Uganda on its independence day:
“Our people sincerely hope that under your leadership, the friendly people of Uganda will achieve great successes in their efforts for consolidating the national unity and attaining the socio-economic development of the country. I take this opportunity to express my conviction that the friendly and cooperative relations between our two countries would continuously strengthen and develop by inheriting their history and tradition.” (Mfa.gov.kp, 2020).
If that isn’t a message, than nothing is. It really says it all. As well, with the knowledge of how long they been trading. Using illegal means to profit of each other. As the one benefits from the other. Both parties knows that. The DPRK wouldn’t be involved and has this sort of deals, unless it earned on it. Neither, would the Ugandan have it either. Since, they are getting a bargain and getting things cheaply, but also weapons, which it can use for questionable enterprises elsewhere.
President Museveni have had this sort of relationship, because it has been beneficial to him and his allies. He wouldn’t have done this, if it wasn’t anything in it for him. Pyongyang and Kampala been friendly, because its good business. They are both getting what they need.
“The Mole” is maybe opening the eyes of a few new faces. However, many of us knew. Peace.

The recent days the militants of the militia Red Tabara has caused headlines as they have crossed the borders of Burundi into Rwandan territory. Speculations into who supports them and such. Has been lasting long.
However, this week its clear, that Red Tabara is not at home in either of the Republics. As Red Tabara first fought Burundian Army in the Municipality of Kabarore in Kayanza Province and in Bukinanyana in Cibitoke Province on the 26th ad 27th September.
While the same fighters crossed from the skirmishes in Burundi into Rwanda. Where the Rwandan Defence Forces was ready to apprehend them.
As they stated in their Press Release: “On 29 September 2020, nineteen (19) Burundian combatants who identified themselves as members of Red Tabara armed group crossed from Burundi to Rwandan territory. The combatants, armed with guns, were apprehended in Nyungwe Forest, Ruheru Sector of Nyaruguru District where they are being held” (REF:RDF/MPR/A/07/10/20).
This means the militants isn’t home at either places. The CNDD-FDD calls Red Tabara a gang of “bandits” in their Communique de Presse on the 2nd October 2020.
What we are seeing is movement and actions made by the Red Tabara. They fought in Burundi, but got caught in Rwanda. A UN Report from 2019 stated that the militia has about 500 – 750 combatants. Therefore, the capture of 20 in Rwanda is a minor loss for the militia. They also have all their military training and recruitment in the high plains of Uvira in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
We can wonder what sort of aftermath this has. Clearly, the Burundian government is against this group and the Rwandan authorities have intercepted them. The Red Tabara works against the CNDD-FDD government and not against the RPF. Therefore, the ones wanting this behind bars are in Bujumbura or in Gitega and not in Kigali.
So, we have to see how this one plays out. If there will be more or if the Red Tabara will cross the borders of the DRC into Burundi again. Before fleeing after yet another attempt to weaken the armed forces of Burundi. Peace.
