Russian Probe: Mueller’s Witnesses revealed, but keeping their immunity as the Manafort Case continues!

Clearly, the Court in Alexandria in Virginia ordered in favor of the defendant of Paul Manafort, as the Special Counsel Robert Mueller have to reveal who is his 5 witnesses are. This will show some more of the cards of evidence that the government has against him. This is opening up the defense and the attorneys of Manafort. Who can in pretrial time together with their client prepare for the knowledge the witnesses has to bring. They will not be surprised by the possible statements and affidavits made by the witnesses.

Today we know that James Brennan, Donna Duggan, Conor O’Brien, Cindy Laporta and Dennis Raico. These were the fellow individuals the Special Counsel wanted immunity got it. They have been identified though, therefore, people can begin to speculate about their connection with Manafort. While this is happening today, the court also delayed the trial to the 31st July 2018.

Therefore, this is a good day in general for the Manafort team, but still this shows the back-men in and around him. That is why the speculation about who they are and what they have done in the past. This is a big win and the immunity is losing it. As the Court has given leeway to the public to address the individuals who have sworn to the Special Counsel to witness against Manafort.

This here show the way of the trial and also that the possible plea deal with Manafort is also gone. As the Manafort are preparing for trial, while the courts are using their time. So the defendant surely had some good day in court, even if the witnesses have immunity, they are now exposed and known. They are not kept as a secret.

This simultaneously court trials in Washington D.C. and Virginia is becoming an advantage for Manafort, even if the Special Counsel have the evidence and is collecting the records to build his case against Manafort. Still the judges and the case work is coming through.

Let’s see what they testify and says when the Trial starts, but this has a nerve and you can wonder is the next step or if the Special Counsel will drop more motions to show more evidence and make the defendant team scratch their heads, even as the amount of evidence against them is staggering. The paper-trail is showing the conspiracy.

We can just wait for the start and see, what more will be revealed. The case haven’t started, but the build-up have been prolonged and the documentation of it all is becoming huge. It isn’t just hearsay, but actual documents that tells the story of what Manafort did as unregisted foreign agent for a foreign power. Peace.

Russian Probe: Mueller is unmasking Guccifer 2.0 & DC Leaks!

As the case is proceeding on the Russian interference, today is another day in the proof of conspirators from Russia who directly interfered in the United States Presidential Elections of 2016. This as 12 more Russians are indicted. This is explaining connections to the hacking from two major sites, which was even in the headlines as they leaked vital information from the inside of the Democratic Party to vandalize the affair. They clearly succeeded.

These was operations done through Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff (“GRU”) who ordered and fixed the operation, this planned hacking and release of stolen document was deliberate activity to undermine the democratic efforts in the United States. They stole e-mails and document in the April 2016 from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), they did also steal from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and finally the Clinton Campaign too.

After stealing it, they planned how to release it in June 2016 as the launch of Presidential Campaigns and also in the finalization of the long campaign season into the polls. These document was released through DC Leaks and Guccifer 2.0, these are two pages where the hacked documents was released. What these indictments show, is that they have not touched on the stolen E-Mails from campaign manager John Podesta and the Clinton Campaign, which was released in the months ahead of the polls in 2016.

Therefore, Robert Mueller is showing that he has evidence of conspiracy towards 12 more individuals, also the GRU connections, which shows that the Kremlin wanted to interfere and did it directly. This is shown in combination of the previous indictments of Russians and the Internet Research Agency and connected “businesses”. These two filings of documents shows how sophisticated the activity was. These activities are with a clear mission to show the dark side of the party organization in the United States.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has pumped up the ante. Now it is on. As well as the cases going with Paul Manafort and the coming cases on Michael Flynn, George Papadopolous, Alex Van Der Zwaan, Richard Gates, Michael Cohen and the rest. There are certainly enough documentation and leads to go anywhere. As all of them have done certain things and far from everything has come to the surface.

There are more information to come, but when it has been this much evidence and connections directly to Kremlin by the FBI. You know their will be revealed even more, when the trials are starting. As of now, the cards are hold tight by the State Prosecutors. There will be more and more people involved. Who knows where this goes, but this is far from final. Peace.

Lest We Forget: The Mukura Massacre in Teso Region on the 11th July 1989

Mukura is in Kumi District which is in Teso and Teso is in the North-East which Museveni told the diplomats as having been pacified. Why was it that some three hundred young men were imprisoned and locked by the NRA in Railway wagons at Mukura, a pacified area, and then MASSACRED by setting fire under the wagons! The answer can only be that the destruction of the foodstuff of millions of people, the destruction of their homes, the MASSACRES of some three million people and at Mukura were all a deliberate policy to depopulate Uganda so as to provide land for foreigners to farm” (Dr. Milton Obote – ‘THE MUKURA MASSACRE’ 07.07.1999).

This here is a sad story of something that happen early in the National Resistance Movement regime, this was just three years into the NRM regime and after the coup of 1986. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and his rebels was “new” in office. Still, this crimes shall not be forgotten, as the innocent lives taken. Should always be a stain on the legacy of the regime. Which never really have taken account or responsibility. The President shows up with military fatigue after the NRA have killed the locals. It is just wrong and doesn’t show any redeeming factor, but showing force instead of humility and willingness to lead.

Even at this point, he had to spring out fear, instead of building the republic. The same he does to this day, as he can have a budget speech in the military fatigue. It is not to long ago since the killings and massacres of Kasese, this here is just an older tale of the murders that is rightfully pinned on Museveni. As he and his Bush-War Generals haven’t taken accountability for.

The Preparation for the Massacre:

After setting up their detach at Okungulo Railway Station, soldiers of the Pili-Pili battalion embarked on an operation to round up suspected rebels and rebel collaborators. The operation was planned to cover villages and parishes in the sub counties of Kapir, Mukura and Ngora (all located in Ngora county) in which rebels were believed to be hiding. The date chosen for the main operation was July 8, 1989. According to survivors and other eyewitnesses, the operation by the Pili-Pili battalion of the NRA started a few days prior to the massacre with the arrival of many soldiers to back up those already stationed at Okungulo Railway Station in Mukura trading centre. The soldiers were then divided up into several units and sent to different locations to begin rounding up suspected rebel collaborators” (JRP Field Note XII, March 2011 – ‘The Mukura Massacre of 1989’ P: 7-8).

The Massacre itself:

This paradox of double standard was captured by a reader in a recent letter to the New Vision comparing the action taken against the Inspector General of the Police and his deputy on account of a shooting incident at the Makerere University campus and the notorious “Mukura Massacre” where over 60 innocent and defenseless people were suffocated to death in a train cabin by officers and men of the NRA. We quote from the letter in extenso:” Even more seriously, 69 youths were suffocated to death in train wagons by some NRA solders in Kumi in 1989. More recently some civilians were reportedly burnt to death in a hut in Serere, while others were clubbed to death near Soroti, allegedly by some NRA soldiers. These naked atrocities have practically been swept under the carpet by the authorities. But the Army Chief of Staff did not lose his job because of what his soldiers, who were miles away from him at the time, did. Are these not double standards?” (New Vision, January 3, 1991 :5). It is also useful to remember that none of the soldiers involved in the Mukura incident were arrested, as were those at Makerere. This then is the concrete reality of Uganda today” (OLOKA-ONYANGO, Joe – ‘Governance, Democracy and Development in Uganda Today: A Socio-Legal Examination’ 1992, P: 102-103, Kyoto University).

President Museveni false apologies:

President Yoweri Museveni visited Mukura a few months after the massacre. Eyewitnesses testified that he addressed the crowd in full military fatigues. He apologized for what had happened and promised a decent burial for the dead plus compensation for the families of the people who had died. He also promised to construct a secondary school in memory of the victims and promised accountability for the soldiers who perpetrated the massacre. According to respondents: He addressed the people at a rally. He was dressed in his military attire. He apologised and said the Government was prepared and ready to give the dead a decent burial. … then he said action would be taken against those who [committed the massacre] and that decent burials for the dead would be organized. He promised compensation for the families [of the dead] and asked our MP [for Kumi], Fiona Egunyu, to follow up the issue” (…) “It appears, however, that the President’s apologies, on both occasions, were not well received by the people. As one of the survivors remarked: The President’s apology was just to appease us, but it was not from the bottom of his heart. This is a man who came with armoured vehicles, a full uniform [of army fatigues] and started talking to us civilians. What could a civilian say in return? We kept quiet throughout. He came in that military attire with his [bodyguards]. So psychologically the civilians kept quiet, and then he started talking and said that “I am sorry for this.” But people just kept quiet. And when he promised compensation for the victims some people faintly clapped, but nobody knew what was going on in the civilians’ hearts and whether they had really accepted that apology. And then he drove off. That was when people began to murmur among each other and that meant there was already a discontent” (JRP Field Note XII, March 2011 – ‘The Mukura Massacre of 1989’, P: 13, 17).

All of these words is signs that this massacre should not be forgotten, as the people who was killed innocently deserves justice. They don’t deserve to be pawns used by Museveni in Campaign Rallies. They deserve that the relatives and the people of Teso/Kumi get what is righteous.

This actions will not be forgotten, the people will remember what Museveni’s troops did in 1989. How they rounded up civilians, claiming to be rebels and killing them in rail-wagons. This shall not be forgotten, also that the President visiting the area came as General and not as a man of Peace. He came for battle and not to damage the hurt. Just came because he had to, but not because he wanted to. Museveni knew what his soldiers did on his command. They did act with impunity and killed the innocent. The President should answer for the battalion attack in 1989 in Kumi District of Teso Region.

These actions done by the NRA deserves to be remembered. Not because it is an event of grandeur or betterment of the Republic. But because it shows the ill-intent of the NRM. This here show the ills of this government and how it will not be accountable for its crimes against humanity.

The ones ordering it, the ones who has been apart of it should answer for it and the leadership today. Should also answer for it, as they are repeating it. They did it recently in Kasese, who knows if they will do it again. Just to answer the public, because they can and the people will not have the power or will to answer back. Peace.

#ThisTaxMustGo: Bobi Wine wanted by the Authorities after Demos earlier in the day!

The ironies of all of this, is that isn’t very special, as the Kampala Metropolitan Police are now looking for the Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi. Who was part of the leadership who held a demonstration in Central Business District of Kampala. Clearly, the Authorities hadn’t accepted this, as they themselves put violence into it, they shot tear-gas, live bullets and dispersed the public. He escaped himself and was able to get to the Parliament. Certainly this is not the end.

As the Chimp Reports reports later:

Kampala Police are set to issue summons against Kyadondo East Constituency Member of Parliament (MP), Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine for inciting violence and holding unlawful processions. Bobi Wine this morning led a team of protesters who marched from down town Kampala toward the City square. These, carrying banners were protesting the new social media and mobile money taxes” (Nixon Segawa – ‘MP Bobi Wine Wanted By Police Over Social Media Tax Demo’ 11.07.2018).

This here is continuing the methods of Kayihura and his ways. As they are using the Public Order Management Act (POMA) and use of the Penal Code to apprehend him to the Police Force within time. As the MP humiliated the Kampala Metropolitan, even as this would most likely not gotten the permit to demonstrate on it. IGP Okoth-Ochola has no quarrel using the same techniques to silence the voice of the people.

Bobi Wine is just showing way and doing what the other opposition leaders have done. As they campaign for cause and gain publicity for it. This here is a sign of will and how quickly he can get people behind him. That the MP could get as much and be able to organize this, even use the Social Media to get people to demonstrate. Shows the power of the people. Not that it changed much on the ground today, but shows the same-old, same old.

There are even arrests of other activists and demonstrators, which is held at the Kampala Central Police Station, while what they are arrested for is not clear yet. However, the police has taken them to custody in the manner, which they are known for. They are initiating violence and use weapons on the defenseless, the citizens who demonstrate for a good cause, one that are depleting their bank-accounts, double or triple taxation of the same services.

Still, the culprits of the violence walks, while the leaders of the demonstrations are demonized and arrested.

This seems like yet another day in opposite day. Where the rule of law is acting as vile criminals, while the public is deemed criminal for voicing their discomfort. It is surreal, but ordinary by the standards of the Police Force.

Bobi Wine is just a man, but a man of principal and fierce, he is young and vibrant. Everything this rulers of the land isn’t today. The NRM have forgotten why the exists. They have forgotten what their visions and their orthodoxy was in 1980s. Because Bobi Wine is speaking the same 32 years later.

It is tragic, but that is the way it is. Peace.

Russian Probe: Justice Amy Berman Jackson Memo on Paul J. Manafort (29.05.2018)

The Leopards Anus is now going after the Bean Weevil!

There are something strange going-on in the Republic, the former Inspector General of Police Gen. Edward Kale Kayihura is being haunted by the authorities. The fall from grace is magnificent. It isn’t a year ago since he was awarded an award by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and not even a year ago since he was reappointed as the IGP. That after already serving as the IGP since 2005. However, the bucked stopped in March 2018 as the President sacked the former loyal cadre.

Today, the total has appeared, the former loyalists and kingpin, the man who has followed all orders from above is now being searched for by the Police and Military in Lyantonde. We can just wonder what sparked this and what he knows. It is just weird, just as the fall of Abdullah Kiatta of Boda Boda 2010. The fall of Kayihura is sudden out of nowhere.

The Bean Weevil surely has to fly, it has to get enough wings and get away from the Leopard. The leopard is hunting for his prey. I would expect a gazelle or buffalo, but maybe the leopard aren’t that hungry anymore.

We can certainly see that loyalty within the National Resistance Movement (NRM) isn’t worth it. As soon as your used up, get ready to be deemed criminal. The cadre who followed orders and did the needed deeds of the movement is now ready to thrown away like garbage. Because outlaws and criminals, like petty thieves. This being the former IGP of the Republic, who had the role for 13 years and was in the ear of the President. Surely, that should pay-off, instead he loses everything as soon as the title is taken away. That must hurt his pride.

He went from being regarded and respected, hated too, but also a man whose orders meant something. His choices and his appointments meant a lot for the ones who was selected by Kayihura. Now the same people are haunting him. They are hunting him and that is blessed by Leopard.

The leopard doesn’t care, he is just ready for his prey. He is ready to take the bean weevil down. The reports are the Special Force Command of Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the Presidents Guards, who has arrested him and being detained at the Seniors Officers Mess in Kololo, Kampala (NBS TV, 12.06.2018). Clearly, he must be stunned to be captured there. What the police did in Lyantonde. Who knows, but they we’re out looking for insects. So maybe they catch a few ratchet grasshoppers on the way. So that Kayihura doesn’t feel so lonely. Today, on the 13 June 2018, there are verified reports that Kayihura is now summoned to the CDF David Rubakuba Muhoozi. So there is still uncertainty, but that he is trouble, that is for sure.

What we know by now, is that the leopard has no mercy and not even to his own. He will not leave the wounds open and leave the ones leaving the fold, without some sort of retribution. No one crosses him without being touched. This is the fall, the mighty, mighty fall. Mount Everest and down to Sea-Level.

The Leopards Anus has now taken the Bean Weevil, what is the next move? What will you do now and for what reason will you use? Is he threat? Has he kidnapped the soul of the President? What did Kayihura do?

We can only await, but surely he will not be a cadre anymore, he will be a common criminal in the hands of the authorities. The state has taken by the presidential guards. There is no turning back now. The Bean Weevil are lucky if he can escape his fate now. Peace.

Under the Jubilee: The Corruption has grown with 240%!

If you ever wondered why I am never shocked by bribes, graft or grand corruption scandals in Kenya. That is because that is Modus Operandi of the Jubilee government. It is their bread and butter, it is the beer for the alcoholics. Nothing of that is shocking, it is expected. That the State Enterprises, the National Budgets and the other parts of government is used by the civil servants, the appointed leadership and the cabinet itself to enrich themselves. That is done instead of delivering services and government policies to the public. This is thieving and stealing from the public and what they are supposed to get from the government.

Here is the key part of the article in quote, where the stat comes from:

Interior PS Karanja Kibicho has admitted in a sworn affidavit that corruption in Kenya has grown by a massive 240 per cent over the past five years. In the affidavit dated June 8, the PS listed a number of corruption cases that cost tax payers billions of shillings as a result of flawed procurement processes alone since the Jubilee administration took office in 2013.The affidavit is in response to a decision by the Employment and Labour Relations court to set aside government’s decision to suspend all heads of procurement and accounting units in ministries, departments, agencies and state corporations” (Wanjala, 2018).

The number Kibicho is witnessing to the Court is worrying that means that it has more than doubled, it is nearly 2,5 times higher than in 2013. If that isn’t a horrific escalation of misuse, maladministration and of corrupt behavior. Then nothing is and this is really, really making things worse. It is systemic and epidemic. The Jubilee is misusing their power to enrich themselves. Kenyatta and Ruto knows this, the whole State House and everyone in Parliament is in on it. They are scheming differently to ensure their ill-gained goods and services, instead of serving the public. All of them are a part of it and making sure it continues. This isn’t just NYS Scandal 1.0 and 2.0, but it is all the rest. This is every single part of government and every State Enterprise. Every single one of them are doing it and partly part of the growing corruption scandals. The root is rotten and the state is filled with people taking advantage of the situation.

The way to redeem it is to rebuild and make sure there is a legitimate government, a government representing the people, as they wished, not a computer generated President and his cabinet. This is a government created with forgery and faking PR Stunts, which borrows, steals and are indifferent to the public needs. The next generation will pay the cost for this thieving of public resources. This is sad and terrifying.

That Kenyatta and Ruto doesn’t care is evident as they are busy eating. Eating today and tomorrow. There is no return. No return from this, unless people actually acts towards their government and asks them for redemption. They are taken for granted and are misused on a daily basis. That is what the State House and government does to them. Get wealth on being in public office and spending time getting rich. Not building state institutions or better delivery of state services to the public. Peace.

Skeet Skeet Skeet Part 12/ Russian Probe: Report and Recommendations of the Special Master (04.06.2018)

Russian Probe: Paul J. Manafort – Court Order (29.05.2018)

Opinion: Is the launch of Somali Shillings (SOS) – A IMF sponsored Bond-Notes?

“S-O-S, please someone help me

It’s not healthy for me to feel this

Y-O-U are making this hard”Rihanna on ‘SOS’ released 14. February 2006

This is what it seems like, it doesn’t seem like economic viable effort or worth enterprise, when the International Monetary Fund (IMF) needs to loan and get donor aid valued $41 million United States Dollars, it seems more like quick rich scheme, than anything else. Borrowing funds to print currency never seems like a good idea, especially when the state has itself 300 external stakeholders keeping this in order and fragile alliances all over. You can wonder who will benefit from the Somali Shillings (SoS).

Out of the measure of doing so, 26 million will go to procurement and printing the shillings, the 4 denominations they are put in. This all is done in measure against counterfeit, but nearly none of the loaned or donor-funded money will go to that, only 0.06 million US Dollars. Meaning a measly and insignificant amount money will actually go to stop the counterfeit currency floating around.

That is why I am suspicious, if they are just thinking of printing them, and dropping them in the markets in Mogadishu, how will this benefit the citizens and the Federal Republic itself?

Because it seems like another piece of Bond-Notes, where the funding of the enterprise is bound on foreign currency and foreign bound loans, which makes it an extra debt on the state. As the IMF is co-sponsor and the one behind the enterprise, they are securing as a foreign entity, the national and federal currency. Which happens to be SOS. All of that should send the smoke-signals and the tapping on the floor. Send the signal “SOS”.

Because they state: “This letter provides IMF staff’s assessment on the readiness of the Central Bank of Somalia (CBS) to issue a new national currency under Phase I which will be limited to exchanging the counterfeit Somali shilling notes currently in circulation with new currency” (IMF, 11.05.2018). That is why I question it too, since so little of the funding for the project goes to counterfeit operations, will it be successful? Do they think the magic wand of new paper-money will compensate for the one that is counterfeit right now? How will they go about the exchange from old to new, and will they do that with all currency or will they accept the old-counterfeit to get rid off all fake currency floating around?

Seemingly, it seems like borrowing more money, to print a new line of SOS, which is an SOS to the world. Also, where the IMF needs a huge sum of money, to procure and print them, while the state only get scraps and no direct plan to really eradicate the counterfeits. Because they are only putting up a Counterfeiting Framework, but not initially working against it. Meaning, it is just borrowing and printing new shillings, without any purpose of actually combatting the problem itself. Which is rare thing to do.

Let see how this goes, but I hope this is not a IMF sponsored Bond-Notes project, because that is how it seems like, borrowing funds and donor funding to get new currency floating. Not a good idea, more issues as I see it. That is just me though. Peace
