Russian Probe: Paul J. Manafort – Court Order (29.05.2018)

Opinion: Is the White House for Sale?

This is a question that the Americans should ask themselves? Because, I am wondering as a foreigner, if my Kingdom doled some funds on Jared Kushner or on Ivanka Trump’s bank-accountants. Would  the Foreign policy will change because of that? That is a important paradigm shift from the Trump Administration.

Other, then being supportive of horrific migration policies towards immigrants and the ones who has liven there for generations, because it is only White America who deserves to live in the United States. The rest just living their and squatting there for time being. That is the memo the White House is sending out recently.

However, are the for rent signs on the lawn in front of the White House? Are there ads on Craigslist? Or is there unknown LLC that are in connection with the White House and delegates the newly operations from the Trump Organization abroad. As the Trump Organization and Kushner Companies continues to operate more abroad, getting loans from Qatar and Saudi Arabia. If not getting dozens upon dozens of Chinese Copyrights, while trying to build Hotels and Golf Courses all around the world.

Is this how the arrangements are done now? That you shake hands, trade-off deals with foreigners to companies in connected with the Trump Royal Family and then let-off the hook of the Nation in question. So if the need the US Army, the US Trade or lifting of sanctions, that will be softer after signing of deals with Ivanka or Jared. Because the Foreigners will deliver them a few silver coins, if their sanctions are lifted or trade of state companies get a better deal with the US; Because they gave some little money to the White House Royal Family.

The royal family, which is allowed to be revised over 40 times and as they didn’t follow procedure for their forms. Still to get security clearance and all the perks of the White House. This is happening as they are still enlarging their pockets and trading away their value at the Public Office. They are really playing high stakes with the Republic.

It is like they can buy and trade policies now, the foreign interference is evident and the change of narratives comes quickly, especially if the ones in this Trump Administration gets a pay-off. If there is need in a government agency, if the lobbyist or company needs changes of policies.

Remember pay someone off, especially pay off the Trump Family and relatives, then you get the princess and the whole kingdom. They are easily giving way, as long as the profits are returned and delivered to a random company of the Trump Organization. If it is money laundering or any other operation. As long as the Trump businesses get their cut, they don’t mind, that is what they do.

The White House is for sale, a giant haul sale and the evidence is in every story published, as the days go. I wonder how much does it cost to get them colluding with the Russians? Because surely that had a initial price. Surely, cost more than a box of crisps and a trademark in China. Peace.

DP Ruto: Your gig is up!

Deputy President William Ruto is one of a kind. The kind that uses fine words and speeches, the ones are defending values, but his actions differs from that. He has finessed the game, using his influence and his value in the system to gain monetary funds. This at a rampant speed, that the check-books cannot recover or even account for the funds. His play-by-play book is made for unaccounted funds and for forging results.

Therefore, a man who has earned a well-fortunate salary in his position, still his wealth over the years has risen astronomically. His houses, his business and his ownership is like a Jeff Bezos of Kenya. The DP has a village called home, own newspapers and whatnot, who knows he has gotten in his hands and pockets. It’s like a giant fountain of money that spiralling in his veins.

He is the guy that praises the rule of law, but orders to not respect the court orders. He is the sort of man who speaks of fighting corruption, but is corrupt as hell. He is the sort of man who speaks of accountability and transparency, while he himself accepts bribes, graft and unaccounted funds in boatloads. He is the man who speaks in twisted tongue, but expect people to speak honest to him.

DP Ruto, we know you now, we know what your up too. We have seen it for years. It isn’t cool anymore, we know that your in your place for one reason, not to serve Kenya, but serve yourself. You are in position to enrichen yourself and your family, not to be representative for Kenya. If it had been so, you wouldn’t be the famous hustler and the famous go-to-get wealthy politician vibe. Because that is true.

We know you own K24, The Star, Karen Homes, Osere flats in Rongai, Major Amaco Insurance, Oseng Properties Limited, Orterter Enterprises Limited, Weston Hotel, 680 Hotel and Uasin Gishu Residence. This you have gotten on your meagre salary. Billions upon billions in property and ownerships of companies, while earning only millions. You cannot make this up. You have also bought a copper and whatnots of cars within your time in office. Therefore, we know you speak, but do financial warfare.

So please, don’t speak ill of corruption, when you’re the benefactor and owner of it. It wouldn’t be like this if your salary and your benefits was sincere, if your role in government and wealth was real, as your eating like there is no tomorrow. Grabbing whatever possession there is and taking it. We see that, as step by step your grabbing ownership of vital plots, of vital news organizations and also producers, which will generate more income. But in the first place, you shouldn’t have the capacity or wealth to be able to get these. Your not earning enough to be here.

So the gig is up. We know you. You can speak those fine words. But we know the reality, the fantasy is all in your mind. We know that and you cannot say otherwise. We know you will, but it is valued as nothing. None. Okay?

Just stop, it is not funny. Peace.

Opinion: Mugabe your are so lucky, so stop complaining!

Mr. Robert Gabriel Mugabe, I know your old and in advanced age, but someone have to learn you how to be silent. You should be silent and not even whistle in public. Your lucky to have your life, have a giant pension and also still keep your wealth. Your extremely lucky that the current administration and the current leadership wasn’t flogging you and taking you to court after the coup d’etat in November 2017.

Your extremely lucky, so reading that your bitching again about your life post-presidency. You better know better. You are living life and lavishly, while the ones who haven’t eaten the 37 years of rule. Are still struggling day to day, there is still problems within the state and its organizations. What you have left behind is dozens of people who don’t know where their family members are, the activists and political opponents you ordered to vanish or get rid off. They are worse off and knows nothing.

You have claimed dozens of lives, while living life of luxury, eating the best of best food, while others are awaiting donations and food relief from foreign sources. The rule of yours has destroyed the economy and even the currency. Still, you have the audacity to complain and bitch to a fellow dictator for life. How dare you?

Your lucky your not in bracelets, that your reign ended without bloodshed and without insecurity. Because you took it all and expected to get away with it all. That you could loot, celebrate and get rid of the ones standing in your way. It is insane that your living in your mansion, have your cars and owns the various estates. While the state is lacking funds and struggles to pay civil servants. When you have over the years stolen millions upon millions dollars. Which could help all the working families within the state and generate better services.

Your are lucky to keep all of that, that your not going to court every single day answering litigation’s and cases of corruptions, kidnappings and violations of human rights, because there are dozens of people who would enjoy seeing your answering for your crimes. Because you hurt so many people’s lives, you ate their plate and enjoyed yourself on others people’s hardship.

Therefore, you should be silent and pray to the almighty God, that the leadership and administration, haven’t touched you and haven’t acted upon at all. They haven’t taken away or even whisked away anything, which you have stolen during the years. You have gotten away with major crimes and not have to answer. You have been in charge of grand corruption and still breathing the free air and not being behind bars.

You are lucky, super lucky that Mnangagwa and the Lacoste didn’t do you harm. They stripped your title and your office, but have kept everything else. You are a bit to lucky, you would deserve a public trial and answer for the ills you have committed to others on your watch. That would have justice, because all the other citizens answer for their bad activity and trespassing of the law. So he should answer for that too.

Your damn lucky your not behind closed doors not seeing or feeling the sun, not hearing the rain or the thunder. But being free at the Blue Roof and enjoying retirement in wealth. Other people wouldn’t get that well off after what you have done and did.

So please. Do yourself a favor. Become silent and enjoy it. Your bitching isn’t doing any good. It is just making more people more eager to retaliate and your don’t want to a prison guards bitch do you?

No, I didn’t think so. Peace.

Planned established Task-Force against Corruption: What about the EACC, DPP, IGP, DCI, Ombudsman and AG in Kenya, aren’t all of them enough?

ODM LEADER Odinga says a task force to end corruption will be established, and that claims he has been silent on recent scandals are untrue” (Nation Breaking News, 26.05.2018).

That Raila Odinga has today on the 26th May 2018 has said there is soon an established a new taskforce to combat corruption in Kenya. Well, I have my doubt about there mandate and their place in the hierarchy. That is the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Noordin Haji, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) Chairman Eliud Wabukala, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Joseph Boinnet, Director of Criminal Investigation (DCI) George Kinoti, Ombudsman and Auditor General (AG) Paul Kihara Kariuki,

That a proclaimed new task-force seems insane and outrages, like they are playing and toying around the subject. They already has the DPP, EACC, IGP, DCI, Ombudsman and the AG. All of these should have more than enough provisions and mandate to stop the grand corruption, the minor corruption and the petty theft from public institutions. However, seemingly all of these are just cashing in their checks and take the small fry. As the Jubilee Party and the government are to preoccupied with eating, to see that they are eating state services. This corruption is so grand and big, that the state services are failing because of it. While the state is adding more and more debt to cover the shortfall, which is created by the government itself and feeding itself.

All of these agencies, institutions and security organizations should have the ability to cover, find and build cases to get people detained and convicted for corrupt behavior. However, that is not in the interest of the party and the heads of the state. They cannot be taken and their elites, which is eating of the plate. Cannot be touched or be questioned for their mischief against the state. They are allowed to steal and take public funds for personal gain. That is the evident activity.

Therefore, with this in mind. It is foolish to add-on a Task-force in the midst of all these bodies. Where is the mandate, who is it running too and what sort of legal boundaries does it have? What is the provisions for its activity and jurisdiction? Will it answer to the AG, IGP, Ombudsman, DCI or the DPP for that matter? Or will it be a part of the EACC, which is such a soft gum-ball of a government institution.

That is why it is healthy to ask what will it do, that all of these others are not already involved in and who do they answer too? Are they blind muppets of the EACC or anyone of the other organizations? Since there are so many to be under and who just needs the provisions and the legal framework to allow the Task-Force to work under them. If not are it totally separate, will to actually investigate the lack of investigations inside the others as well?

I don’t have the answers, but I feel there should be enough legal investigatory bodies within the republic to get rid of corruption. If the will was there and if the will was really there, it should be enough. All of them should have the capacity, the ability and the legal standing to combat corruption. However, they are either gutted, silenced or not being used properly, because the elites, cartels and the ruling regime is stopping what they could expose. That is how it seemingly is and how it clearly is pushed.

That since they don’t have the ability to fight it within the bodies that are there, but it is really a sign of failure, when all of these are irrelevant and the government might start yet another one. What about the rest? Are they there for the pay-check and go home? Is that it?

That is how it seems. Peace.

Hon. Otto Odonga: Notice of Motion to Censure Betty Amongin over abuse of Office (23.05.2018)

Zimbabwe: President Mnangagwa – “Re: Establishment of a Special Anti-Corruption Unit” (21.05.2018)

A brief look into how similar Museveni’s rule is de facto the same as Mobutu!

In a clear reference to the team effort to dethrone Mobutu, the 53-year-old Museveni asserts that “for the first time since independence {in the 1960s}, the African intelligentsia, in partnership with the peasants, are assuming leadership.” This is an era of “new independence in decision-making. We don’t decide on matters because foreigners want us to decide.” He suggests that African leaders must push their countries toward “modernization and industrialization,” with special emphasis on infrastructure, education and health care. “If that doesn’t take place, the new order will be as empty as the old one,” he says” (Buckley, 1998).

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni was supposed to be a liberator, a reformer and Marxists leader who rose from a Bush-War in the 1980s to change the state of Uganda. However, with time he has shown his true character, maybe that was the reason why he went rogue from being a minister to become a rebel. Maybe it should have been a visible sign from day one, as the National Resistance Army/Movement (NRA/M) leaders of 1980s has gotten a vital space from then until now. None of them has given way and are entitled because of what they fought for, which is non-existence.

Mobutu was supported and had a coup against the leader who liberated the now Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). President Museveni had a coup and a war against the first Prime Minister and President Dr. Milton Obote. Even on that level, Museveni has actually copied Mobutu. I’ll show parts of other articles that was written int the time of his reign, Mobutu, as it shows how he did it and then. It can show the similarities, and it shows that we haven’t gotten further than this. Museveni has become Mobutu in the flesh, he has become the ones that he fought against and isn’t funny. It is a tragedy, that to many people are living through and that should be shed a light on. Because the silence and the continued support of this sort of leadership and administration should stop. It doesn’t make sense.

Growing loans in 1980s:

Although the details of possible corruption and massive personal profit have captured most attention, the major portion of the report deals with Zaire’s $4.1 billion international debt. On this subject, Blumenthal bluntly says: ‘‘There is no – I repeat no – chance on the horizon for Zaire’s numerous creditors to get their money back. . . . There has been and remains only one major obstacle to annihilate such prospects – the corruption of the team in power.” He concludes that ‘‘Mobutu and his government show no concern about the question of paying off loans and the public debt. They are counting on the generosity of their creditors and the indefinite renewal of the loans and their repayment.” (Fouquet, 1982). So as the news of growing debts to the Republic of Uganda, don’t expect him to be in a hurry to repay the debts to the international creditors or anyone. As he taking out debt, to repay debts and money gets lost along the way. Even the accountability and transparency is lacking, as there are many ghosts, projects without any signs of change or building the infrastructure as promised. The money just vanish. It is just like Mobutu, everyone expect handshakes, all business-deals and corrupt affairs has to get a thumbs-up from the State House. It is just made like a rewind of the Mobutu rule.

How the Political Elite is eating:

Mobutu and his inner circle sit atop a social ladder of corruption. Everyone is forced to take from those less powerful, both to survive and to meet the demands of more powerful people above. Almost all of Zaire’s wealth stays on the upper rungs, in the hands of powerful politicians and politically-connected businessmen. The enduring symbol of this social stratum is the Mercedes-Benz. Zaire reputedly imports more Mercedes than anywhere in Africa and Kinshasa’s Mercedes dealers prosper while all around them crumbles. The Mercedes-riding class have made smuggling and black-marketeering Zaire’s leading industries. By paying bribes to customs agents instead of taxes to the Government, they have elevated illegal gold exports to ‘several times the (official) national production,’ according to a confidential World Bank report. While discreetly avoiding identification of the culprits, the World Bank also notes that theft and smuggling of Zaire’s most vital strategic mineral, cobalt, ‘is primarily carried out by some of the most powerful individuals in the country’” (New Internationalist, 1990). The richest people in Uganda, are the ones connected with the political elite, that get funds from the state, get license to do business and also lands. The businesses are getting back-door agreements with the government to do business. Even all investors are connected somehow and their deals are done in favor the President and the State House. If not Ministers and others close connected with the family, as the Operation Wealth Creations are giving state funds to favorable companies that are accepted by the General Salim Selah, which happens to be a brother of the President. The same thing is that Foreign Affairs Minister Sam Kuteesa are having business-deals with government and also all-over, while being in office and profiting on his position. That is just natural in the state of affairs. Just like during the times of Mobutu!

Not possible to get rid off:

“The one thing that everyone agrees on is that we’re a long way from getting rid of Mobutu,” an opposition leader said. “He’s incredibly tenacious, and appears determined to hold onto power at any cost.”” (Noble, 1992). Museveni are using all tactices, rewriting laws, making the constitution to fit his life. He is rigging elections, he is fixing the Parliament and also the institutions, all to go around him. He sends the Special Forces Command into Parliament to install fear and let know how important it is to him to get the law passed. There isn’t anything the President will not do, he will kill you if your becoming to close to him. If not he will house-arrest for just being a viable Presidential Candidate like Dr. Kizza Besigye. He will put your trial for treason, he will send you from court to court only malicious charges with no criminal intent.

Making political enemies into criminals, damaging their homes, charge them and hold them in contempt. Destroy and allege that Civil Society Organizations are using bad methods and disorganizing society in general, therefore, it has to stop. That is why the Army and the Government are used as tools to keep Museveni in power. Nothing else. Mobutu would be so proud!

Stalling Tactic:

Yet it is precisely these conditions that have made Mobutu’s tactics effective. Most Zaireans see a method in his seeming madness, a deliberate strategy of destabilization as a means of discrediting the movement toward democracy and undermining the capacity of the people to mobilize against him. “Mobutu tries to keep the population in fear,” a lawyer in Kolwezi told me. “The population is traumatized. Mobutu wants to keep them in this position for a long time. That’s how he maintains his position.” Foreigners living in Zaire often marvel at the “passivity” of the Zairean people; one I spoke to speculated about a version of the “battered-woman syndrome.” But Zaireans point out that Mobutu and his allies still have all the guns and all the money. Hundreds of thousands of people marched in Kinshasa, they reminded me, and more than thirty of them were shot dead. In any event, a clergyman said, “when the population is hungry and tired, it doesn’t have the energy to go into the streets.”” (Berkeley, 1993). It is not strange that Museveni does this, he has used the army all his life and his ego of being a General. His generals and his closest associates are usually connected with the army. He even shown up to Budget Speech with full army-fatigue. When the NRM shows up, he is either in a suit or army fatigue.

Museveni has used the army and spread fear, they are targeting people and arresting people. They are creating unknown militias, that comes and goes. The army is all out during elections and campaigns to install fear. Make people worry, as it was full-war, when it is really just dropping ballots into buckets. Seemingly, the army is used to do police work and everything else. The military are used in any sort of work, to prove the power of the army and capabilities.

So that the people knows, that if they are having trouble with the NRM, then they might meet the power of the Army. The army will kill and show no mercy, like they did in the recent time in Kasese against the Rwenzururu Kingdom. As this crime hasn’t been solved and neither has anything positive come out of it. As well as the rising levels of kidnappings, killings of woman in Entebbe and so on. The Police and Army are not able to contain the violence, as the corruption and lack of accountability has hit the security organizations. Which is like a wet-dream from the legacy of Mobutu, that lives-on with Museveni.

31 Years of Mobutu:

Once there, the strongman who, his opponents say, has beggared and brutalized Zaire for 31 years pledged that he was again ready to solve the country’s myriad problems. “The enemies of our country have chosen when I was sick to put a sword in my back,” Mobutu, 66, said in a nationally broadcast speech interrupted by applause, singing and the loud cawing of nearby peacocks. “I’m not going to disappoint you. I know your expectations and your hopes. I will act rapidly and positively.””(LA Times, 1996). Just like Museveni is saying anyone who questions his vision, his methods and policies are enemies of the state, so did Mobutu. Even after 30 decades of Mobutu, he did that and now we know that Museveni does the same. He says he will fix everything and he has the solutions, it is just that ones he orders to do it, doesn’t know how to do their job. That is just like a mantra he got from Mobutu.

We can see that Museveni has become a twin-soul of Mobutu. Everything Mobutu did, Museveni are doing. Both having amazing levels of cronyism, corporate politicians, bribes, corruption, spreading of fear and making people believe that Museveni cannot step down. The similarities are two alike. The same with the massive bank-accounts, while the state in rapid poverty, the lack of the accountability and transparency, all control from the State House and none in the institutions. Museveni and Mobutu are so the same.

Museveni forgot the peasants or he didn’t care about their participation, since he is the only man with a vision. That has he said all along. But that he has now become everything he was supposed to fight. Shows how bad it is for leadership to linger in power, because it evaporates and eat your soul. You loose everything in the hinges of staying in power. There is now nothing left for Museveni to do and that he hasn’t done. He can only eat, steal and spread fear, because he doesn’t have to deliver. He takes, he took and he continues to loot. There is no mercy, there is only thieving.

Museveni is now the Mobutu in the flesh, he is acting like Mobutu and talking like Mobutu. The difference is that is in Uganda and not the DRC. The DRC has the issue of Joseph Kabila, but Uganda has the issue of Museveni. Museveni, Museveni and Museveni is the problem.

This is just tragic and it should be known. Peace.

NYS Scandal 2.0: The Jubilee government never fails!

Today’s news that the National Youth Service (NYS) is hit with another wastage and corruption scandal is like having the issues of 2015/2016, all over again. The Jubilee Government shows they are all talk about corruption, but their institutions and government are not doing anything about it. Seemingly, similar fashion of siphoning funds continues. That is why now two years after the previous scandal in the same government organization, the same sort of affair is exposed.

The new one is with a new Cabinet Secretary Margaret Kobia and a new NYS Director Richard Ndubai, they are both doing the same biding as the ones in the past. The same sort of tricks and issues, that are really just showing the indifference in eating the public’s money. This while doing favors and dropping funds on ghosts and cronies. Who knows where the monies has ended, but it has not done what it was supposed to do. Therefore, the new brigade of leaders, are doing exactly the same as the ones in the first term of Jubilee. This is carrying on tradition!

It is a tradition to finds methods of thieving public funds, as the lack of oversight and governance is built in within the system. You have agencies and legal organizations whose supposed to look into this, but they are not really interested into investigating their own. Unless, they are slapping a minor fine on people who has stolen billions. They are thieving billions, while paying a minor fine of a one million or two. Therefore, the crime is paying-off the elites, they don’t have to mind, because they won’t suffer anyway. They get away with it and smiles to the bank.

That is why the Jubilee are in the midst of another NYS Scandal, this time 2.0. They are on another level, this time with tenders, which was served with ghosts. In the last go around it was fictitious companies and projects connected to the Director who got cash. Who wonders who earned on the fake tenders this time. Someone had to earn fortunes for doing nothing, while the state piled monies into their accounts. It most have been great days to sell nothing and getting millions into the accounts.

NYS Scandal 2.0. was anticipated, the grand corruption are following Kenyatta and his government. That is maybe why he asked people to donate to Red Cross recently, because he knew giving money to his government, someone he knows will eat it. It will not help the public. It will only help the elite and the ones in close connection to the any given ministry.

There isn’t anything positive to take from this, but just proving the impunity of the state. When they can just ditch all guidelines and steal directly from state organization. They do it without any scruples and thinking, no one will mind, no one will say anything and they know it will cost very little. The price to pay for doing it is minimal and nearly none. When you take billions, you pay a meager million. That is profitable. To say otherwise is naive. To be blind to the fact, that being corrupt is grand business, it is enriching and who cares of the consequences.

Because you get rich doing practically nothing, you can sit in the shade of the sun, build mansions, own SUVs and go to expensive shopping-malls, while the rest is slumming. Since you are eating and can enjoy the spoils of the state, as you are feeding ghosts and non-existing ideas. That is fating your pockets. That is why you don’t have to care and worry, you will get paid anyway, while the supposed activity is never happening. Peace.

PM Rugunda tough talk on Corruption should fall flat: Maybe he should read a paper or two!

Let me also warn anybody who is involved or planning to engage in corruption, that the long arm of the law will catch up with them. I would like to stress that when President Yoweri Museveni described this term as Kisanja Hakuna Mchezo, he meant it and we are all following suit. Poor performance will not be tolerated” – Prime Minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda at the launch of NRM Manifesto Week, 11.05.2018).

I will go year by year, into Ministerial Policy Statements from the Office of the Prime Minister, to show the vast wasted expenses put into the system of this entity alone. Because he is addressing others, well aware, that his Ministry and Public Office is famous for its wastage, its ghosts and their methods of shady deals with business people. That is the reason for why Dr Rugunda is now the Prime Minister, as he had to take over from Amama Mbabazi, whose been on the top list of corrupt officials for years. So he is sort of wrong, saying the government will not tolerate corruption, that means he have to target himself and his own office.

From the Office of the Prime Minister in the Financial Year 2014/15, the use of funds on Newspapers was UGX 276,2m. On Photocopying it was estimated UGX 945,5m. Welfare and Entertainment got UGX 303m. On government business, the PM needed UGX 239,000,000 Shillings on snacks!

From the Office of the Prime Minister in the Financial Year 2015/16, the use of funds on Newspapers was UGX 212,3m. On Photocopying it was estimated UGX 873m. Welfare and Entertainment got UGX 205,7m. Special Meals and Drinks got UGX 288m.

From the Office of the Prime Minister in the Financial Year 2016/17, the use of funds on Newspapers UGX 236,3m. On Photocopying it was estimated UGX 1,768bn. Welfare and Entertainment got UGX 182,2m. Special Meals and Drinks got UGX 378,7m.

I didn’t even look that hard into the MPS, but if I had, I am sure I could have found more pressing and questionable spending by the Office. Since they are spending on all sorts of projects, which could in hindsight just be on paper and not in reality. Because this OPM is known for ghost-projects, ghost-refugees and so-on. Therefore, the OPM and PM should be careful warning anyone else, when his own office is questionable a best and isn’t having oversight of it.

Therefore, when PM Rugunda sends out warning, maybe he should use less funds on snacks, special foods and also on Newspapers. I doubt he and his fellas read it that much, they should be preoccupied with the projects in Northern Uganda, the Youth Livelihood Projects and whatnot that is under his office portefolio.

And by the way, the photos of the PM dropping cash-in had while campaigning for the General Election 2016, doesn’t make him the stature of confidence in the department of trust and transparency. As who knows where that came from and what account they accounted it in. Nevertheless, this the NRM way. Peace.
