Uganda: Woman’s March dispersed by Police – As activists fights for the plight of the kidnapped woman!

Today was a day activists and especially Dr. Stella Nyanzi had a Woman’s March in Kampala. Going to the Inspector General of Police John Martins Okoth Ochola at the Police Headquarters to demonstrate with coffins to show the ignorance and the lack of care for all the kidnappings of woman in the Republic. Clearly, the Police Force was acting it is has done before. Instead of going into dialogue with the protesters. They went into warfare and skirmishes. As this little group was whisked away and the house of the IGP was shielded like a fortress with Police Officer in Anti-Riot Gear.

Some called this the Woman’s March, other in the slogan of Woman Lives Matters. 7 Activists was taken today, even some whose part of Chapter Four Uganda. Who also was protesting today. This shows that the National Resistance Movement (NRM) proves they are not there for freedom, liberty or even freedom of speech. As they are not allowed to speak up against the kidnappings.

All these activists was arrested with unlawful assembly and left on bond after being arrested earlier in the day. This was not at the same place as the demonstration. They were all taken to Jinja Road Police Station. That is typical of how these police officers works, as they usually does the same. To take the leaders from the protests and marches, even political rallies and drop them off further away. So the rest of leadership has to leave the premises and try to get them out on bond. As simplistic tactic to disperse the protesters.

They we’re peacefully walking to the Police Headquarters to deliver a letter and the police went all out. With all their gear and massive spark of outrage. They went into this with peaceful means. They came with coffins and a letter. To prove their point of the fragile lives, that is taken away and that the rampant kidnappings. This is happening a year after the deaths of woman in and around Entebbe. Which still is left unresolved, as the matter is on print. There is so many cases so many lives taken by the criminals and left played around.

That is the insecurity the NRM was supposed to fight and create. Instead it has gotten worse with time. The proof of with the rampant kidnappings and the deaths of innocent civilians. That is what it all boils down too. The demeaning way people are losing their lives, innocent woman who are just disappearing like garbage. When they are equals, citizens who has rights to justice and rule of law. Who are supposed to be protected and secured by the Police and other Security Organizations. The lack of that create a vacuum and the need for protest comes.

The need for organizing marches and question the powers for their lack of care becomes needed. Because the state isn’t answering to the plights of these people. They are left alone until they vanish, goes away and never returns. Used as pawns and used as bargaining chips to get a pay-off. That is what is happening. Peace.

Cameroon: Joint Statement of The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) on Abduction of Education Personnel and attacks against Schools in the South-West Region of Cameroon (05.06.2018)

Several schools did not function during the past two successive school years (2016-2017 and 2017-2018).

KAMPALA, Uganda, June 5, 2018 -The Representative of UNICEF in Cameroon, Mr. Jacques Boyer, and the Director of the Regional Office of UNESCO for Central Africa and Representative for Cameroon, Mr. Salah Khaled, urge the kidnappers to release immediately ALL Education personnel who have been abducted in the South-West and North-West Regions of Cameroon.

UNICEF and UNESCO in Cameroon are therefore asking all stakeholders and leaders to immediately stop attacking schools, teachers and education officials and allow safe and unfettered return of all students to the classroom to continue with their studies and examinations.

From the start of the conflict in November 2016, schools in the North-West and South-West regions of Cameroon have been targeted. The prevailing security situation is deteriorating with a profound impact on academic activities. To date, 40 schools have been burned down. Approximately 33,000 students are not attending school for reasons of fear of security, attacks and abductions. Several schools did not function during the past two successive school years (2016-2017 and 2017-2018). Those that are functioning lack the required supplies and materials and have also experienced looting and destruction of the few items that are available. As a result, girls and boys are vulnerable to sexual and economic exploitation and domestic violence.

“I strongly condemn all killings and abductions of education workers and all acts of destruction of school infrastructure and violence perpetrated against students, schools and their staff”, said Mr. Salah Khaled.

“No intimidation whatsoever should be tolerated by all well-meaning partners that seek to promote the rights of children to quality education in a safe, protective and secure environment. No reason can be advanced to justify the un-warranted attacks on children in general and pupils who are seeking to acquire knowledge and skills to become useful citizens in the future in order to be able to contribute to the economic and social advancement of their country” declared Mr. Jacques Boyer.

We are calling on the Government of Cameroon and all stakeholders to endorse and adhere to the principles of the Safe Schools Declaration and ensure that they protect schools-facilities, teachers, children and other personnel who are exercising their right to education.

We come together to reaffirm that civilians (children, men and women), caught in the conflict and those who care for them are #NotATarget. We appeal to all stakeholders involved in this conflict to take action to protect them.

The Feudal King Trump: Pardon me, but who do you think you are?

A kind of neo-feudalism is descending on the world. The overlords of the castles in our day lurk within the rarified ranks populating the fewest hoarding the most financial and political power.” John Hogue, (Predictions 2015-2016)

When your thinking your stand above the law. When your thinking everyone else should answer to integrity, ethics, societies norms and even the courts. At this moment of time, there is one man, who thinks he stand above us all. That being President Donald J. Trump, he thinks like feudal king. He can control and make everyone jump after his every move. The Office he is in, as a representation of the people and not his royal highness. Even if he was caught with a spliff at the backroom being high, he still wouldn’t higher than the people itself.

Not strange that he believes so either, because the Republic Party is all muffled. Silent letting him be and letting out as loose canon. Trump can say whatever and decree whatever. No one is testing him. He can decree steel and aluminum against allies like European Union, Canada and Mexico. Instead of trying to work with them, he is putting provisions, that damage the relations. All out of his own mind. The same way he has used other policies and presidential decrees because he cannot get a consensus or agreement at the Congress. He doesn’t have the skill or the ability to do so. That is why he moves that way.

Trump has decree everything. Because everyone has to listen to him, be humbled and think he is the crown prince of planet earth. That Trump is best man ever living, that he is the mixture of Einstein and Lincoln. Even if he is the most run-through snake-oil-salesman ever walking on planet earth. He is used to be praised and loved, therefore, he thinks everyone loves him. If they don’t then they are fake. His misunderstandings of the world is to insane levels. However, nobody really ever checked him. That is why Trump thinks he can get away with it.

Now he continues with his nonsense. He is continuing to blame the investigation of the Russian Connection into his campaign. Blame game, which at this point is his propaganda. At this point, someone, which believes he is innocent wouldn’t need the powers to pardon himself. If you need a pardon, than your guilty of something. However, a President cannot do that to himself. Neither, is he above the law, he can be indicted and be judged. A President can be impeached and can lose its title. That is after trial and after following procedures. That happen to Nixon and Clinton. Nixon fell, but Clinton won his case.

Therefore, there are enough justification to investigate Trump. Even if he thinks he is a feudal king. That he think he is living in medieval kingdom, where everyone is his servants and bitches, where he can give the riches enormous wealth, while the rest is working to just feed themselves on borrowed land. That is what the Trumpian acts are. Where the state is favorable to the one of wealth, but working hard to make it harder for the poor. This is just like in old times. Instead of securing wealth for more, they are limiting it and securing the ones who already are packed with funds. They are making an underclass at a rate that is unprecedented.

President Trump might think he is medieval king, but he isn’t and he alone with that thought. We are a few more centuries ahead of Donald. Trump was elected not royalty, secondly the law and justice system is there for a reason. Even if he doesn’t understands the supposed checks and balances of the system. Only believes his own hype and his own deluded vision.

Donald J. Trump, the way your acting, it is evident your been up to something and done certain activity you don’t want to answer for. You think your above your people, I hate to say it. Your not above them. Your one of them. Even if your President and Commander-in-Chief. You will still answer for your deeds and if the fellow politicians in both parties grows some balls. They might use the chance in their life-time to prove their alliance to either rule of law or to a mockery of a medieval king. That is all up to you.

Is that the kingdom of Amerikkka? If so, please leave a notice or at least a leaflet at the office at United Nations. So the world knows, that you became a monarchy in the image after Trump. So we know, that the democracy is officially dead and just feudal king taking over. The world has now lost a beacon of hope, but it has instead become the dark continent of the world. Peace.

RDC: Ensemble – Conference de Presse du Vice-President de “Ensemble pour le changement” du 04 juin 2018 (04.06.2018)

Kenyatta’s Corruption Drive goes after low-level civil servants, but will not touch high ranking officials!

Today the Press Statement released by Government Spokesperson Mwenda Njoka ‘Presidential Proclamation On Fresh Vetting of Public Interest’. This is in regard to the Heads of the Procurement and Accounting Unites within the Ministries, Agencies and State Corporations. Therefore, it is the lower level heads and accountants that is battle against the corruption now. Instead of questioning the Cabinet Secretaries, the Deputies and the boards, the close stakeholders of the State Corporations. They are all scotch free from these.

This is the reality of the Kenyan affairs, they are cleaning house sort off. When I say sort of, it is that they are going after lower levels. They are taking the bottom-feeders and not the high-level people who are really involved. Possibly they would find someone who has cheated on tenders and skimmed minor funds within their budget. That is bad as well, but they are not the reason for the scandals of day. They are not the reason behind the Maize, KHIF, NYS, Afay House and so on. There are so many government scandals and so much grand corruption. That this is the CS, Deputy President and the President whose major reason for the scandals. They have accept it and surely topped off on it.

It is hard to believe that all these major funds, all these state corporations and the ministries are losing money, have so much unaccounted funds, paying services to ghost companies and ghost tenders. So the list goes on. The open heist of funds that was supposed to go to the citizens and their needs. Are instead pocketed by the leaders on top and the ones running the state corporations. That is how they have gone from mediocre businessmen to wealthy owners of conglomerates.

This is just what they do, they skim of the funds on top and play around with the accounting. That is all really evident on the matter of the grand corruption scandals that has hit the Jubilee Administration. They are just continuing their thieving. The latest is just another show to prove that they fight it, but as long as the big-fish. As long as the Cabinet Secretaries, the CEOs, the Directors and the Chairmen are not taken. Not litigated, not detained, then they are not serious in the battle.

However, that will not happen as long as the President and Deputy President are eating themselves. They have gotten quickly vast wealth since getting into office. That is not just a coincidence. This is calculated by the Jubilee. Something this move is as well since they are going for the lower levels. It is a nice signal. But have little faith that it will go really further. Since then they are going into the pockets on the top of the food-chain.

Would they arrest and detain the Deputy President and even the President? Would they arrest and get rid of corrupt Cabinet Secretaries? Would they?

If they did, then their might be change, but as long as the people who are on top get away. Then there is less incentive to really stop it. Really make a difference. Then your just working to get to the top. Because, then you can eat yourself without fear of prosecution. Peace.
