Opinion: Are the democrats even running things?

The Democratic Party in the United States is supposed to have the Presidency, the House of Representatives and have 50 senators in the Senate. So, in the Senate the Vice-President could vote to have a majority like the Trump Presidency showed plenty of times when Mike Pence voted in favour when it was a tie on legislation and important votes there.

It is tragic that the 45th President was able to do more than what the Democratic President Joe Biden. That’s because he doesn’t have the loyalty or the ability to have all the ducks in the row. Biden cannot keep his senators behind him or get them to vote for the legislation, which is supposed to be the unique and the what the Republic needs at this very moment. Instead, they have rebels like Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema.

Even with a President who used mostly to pass Executive Orders, he was at least doing something for his base. He ordered things and pushed things forward for his political base. Alas, the Democrats doesn’t seem to be able to do that. The Biden Administration isn’t able to backtrack or fix the repressive immigration policies of the Trump era. Neither is it able to tax-loops, the corporate tax-levies and such. No, the Democrats cannot make the Supreme Court more just or fair. They cannot even try to roll out a fair minimum wage.

The Democrats have promised the magnificent “Build Back Better Act” which was supposed to be filled with stipulations and amendments that was supposed to fix a lot of the issues in the Republic. The bill is said to be costly and be vast. Though, the ones complaining about the costs could vote for the Iron Dome defence in Israel and mega-budget posts for the military industrial complex fitting Pentagon and other security agencies.

Biden and the Democrats are just spoiled by the corporate agenda, which the moderates and the neo-liberal have cheered on. The Squad or the Progressives haven’t gotten anything to prove for. Manchin is acting like his the majority of the people and should have the control of the nation. When his one out of two senators from West Virginia. Not like he has the support in whole South or in the Mid-West. This man is on a high horse and coal-money is inflicting a lot of harm. Manchin will soon sell Trump’s clean coal to the masses.

Joe Biden and the VP looks like they cannot control their own party. The voters has wasted their votes in the last election giving them control of the chambers of congress. Since, they cannot even pass proper legislation or acts of which can make the Republic better. This is is just wasted space and time, which no political party really have. Biden has nothing to show for … except for blocking international media, getting Assange and being a neo-liberal corporate stooge in office.

It is tragic that one or two senators from the own party can stop things from moving forward. It would be natural if the senate filled with Republican’s blocked it. If Mitch McConnell would block things and be a living hypocrite we know he is. That would be expected. The same could be said if the House of Representatives was run by the GOP. However, both places are now run by the Dems. Though it doesn’t look like it.

At this point of time, former rep. Paul Ryan looks like a gem in comparison to Nancy Pelosi. Because, Ryan was able to leverage and get things done. Alas, the Democrats are not even able to do that…

This is just tragic man. You thought things was bad when the Republican was running things. Now, with the Democratic Party it seems all lost and no way forward. Nothing is reformed or changed. Just wasted time and wasted space. Manchin proves that and Biden administration has nothing to counter with. Just a lot of hot-air and a congress filled with wicked corporate interests, which rules supreme. Peace.

DRC: United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) – It’s time to change the paradox of sitting by the river and remaining thirsty (02.12.2021)

The DRC supplies about 70 per cent of the world’s cobalt used in the production of batteries, an essential component to power electric vehicles.

KINSHASA, Democratic Republic of Congo, December 2, 2021 – The just ended DRC Africa Business Forum promises the development of robust battery industry and a huge contribution to the electrification of transport systems, which will enable Africa to add more value to its endowments in minerals.

The Democratic Republic of the Congo supplies about 70 per cent of the world’s cobalt used in the production of batteries, an essential component to power electric vehicles, yet the country captures only 3 of the global battery and electrical value chain. The scenario which policymakers and experts say must change.

According to Ms Vera Songwe, the Executive Secretary of UN Economic Commission for Africa, the rhetoric of saying that the DRC can electrify the whole continent and that the country has 70 per cent of the world’s reserve of cobalt and that DRC can feed everyone in Africa must be translated into actions.  « in 15 years, the world will produce about 50 million electric vehicles. The DRC and Africa as a whole have to play an important role in this global supply chain by taking advantage of their abundant natural resources,” she said.

According to the new study entitled: “The Cost of Producing Battery Precursors in the DRC”, by BloombergNEF, Electric vehicles represent a $7 trillion market opportunity between today and 2030 and $46 trillion between today and 2050.

Mr Alain Foca, a journalist at Radio France International said that the transformation of minerals such cobalt, copper, lithium, manganese, nickel and graphite into a battery plant in Africa would “change the paradox of sitting by the river yet the people of the continent remain thirsty”.

The demand for electric vehicles and investment in battery-powered storage systems will require skills development and the necessity of an education that would not only improve employability but also provide the youth with the tools needed to be successful in entrepreneurship endeavours. Experts stress that DRC would need to invest in skills development to grow a qualified workforce capable of implementing this industrialization project.

“For the first five years, the DRC might need to depend on international expertise”, a stamen mande during the panel “Skills for the development of batteries in the DRC”, organized by that Rawbank as part of the DRC Africa Forum 2021.

Mr Jean-Marc Kilolo, ECA’ Economic Affairs Officer said that some companies are now looking at skills and know-how, not just the diplomas obtained. He stressed that training and internship opportunities for the students and graduates as well as placement opportunities with leading companies to acquire the necessary practice are crucial. Mr Mustapha Rawji, Managing Director of Rawbank in DRC said that the bank will invest in this area in collaboration with higher training institutions.

According to ECA, Africa has about 55,000 women and men in engineering, yet the African Union’s Agenda 2063 targets to achieve about 4,3 million people in the field. The biggest challenge in implementing Africa’s Agenda 2063 remains the inadequacy of the critical technical skills, as Africa has to produce at least 300,000 engineers per year until 2063.

Jean Marie Kanda, Dean of Polytechnic Faculty at the University of Lubumbashi affirms that the generation of the necessary skills will play a central role in making DRC successful in the production of lithium-ion battery cathode precursor materials.

The theme of the DRC Africa Business Forum was “fostering the development of a battery, electric vehicle and renewable energy industry value chain and market in Africa.” At the opening, the DRC President Félix Tshisekedi referenced the author Frantz Fanon when he said, “Africa is shaped like a gun and Congo is the trigger.”

Opinion: Museveni forgot about the Wayland Survey

Coming to the East African oil pipeline and the business opportunities it offers, I first declare that I have never been intoxicated by oil. Uganda discovered petroleum in 2006. It is now 15 years but the oil has not been pumped out of the ground. Yet, the economy of Uganda is growing” (Museveni, 27.11.2021).

As the history lecture and President for Life. A man who often back thousands of years in his speeches. You would think that man could reiterate or recite history correctly. However, that is apparently too much to ask for by President Yoweri Tibuhurwa Kaguta Museveni. The President who has been His Excellency since 1986. This man has no bounds, but when coming to the Lake Albertine Graben and the oil exploitation there. He should know the truth.

If not? People like me have to remind the old fella this. You can try to rewrite history as the last victor. That is what all rulers does and especially when people tend to forget what happened before our own generation. Heck, we are soon forgetting the giant tragedies of the 1990s. Because, they are so many decades behind us.

Today, I am going back nearly 100 years. To a British Fellow and who started his work in East Africa before the 1920s, as he started his surveys from the year of 1919. He started his reports in 1920 about the preliminary findings in Uganda. This is written about the Uganda Journal by B.C. Kino, which was published in 1967. Therefore, Yoweri have to try better, as the survey where they found petroleum or was in 1925, 6 years after Wayland came to the Republic.

In 1925, E.J.Wayland, Director of the Geological Survey of Uganda, carried out a survey which confirmed evidence of hydrocarbons, including oil and gas seeps, in the Albertine Graben (Kashambuzi, 2011). This caught the interest of the British colonial government and Anglo-Persian Oil Company which agreed to a joint venture project to prospect for and produce oil in Uganda in 1926, but the plans were later abandoned during Economic depression of 1929 (Guweddeko, 2000)” (KYOMUGASHO, MIRIAM, “Oil Industry in Uganda: The Socio-economic Effects on the People of Kabaale Village, Hoima, and Bunyoro Region in Uganda” (2016). Dissertations – ALL. 613).

For the ones taking his every word and printing it without questioning it. You could easily be fooled. I cannot fact check everything and neither do I care, as this sort of speeches is reckless propaganda and for the Movement crowds, because nothing is transparent about the oil exploitation or the pipeline transactions either.

We just know there will be issues with the routes of the pipeline, the cost of production and the settlements afterwards. There will be shady dealings and corruptions scandals involved. However, at this point, the resources and the oil/petroleum could easily become an asset for the creditors to seize the day it’s produced. Since the President and the Movement has been such steady lenders for every single development and infrastructure project of the Republic during the last decade or so. Therefore, don’t expect a fun adventure or a fairytale. No, expect a dark sinister tale of depression and disgraceful attitude.

Why? Well, we know the man at the helm and his not honest about anything. He cannot even recite history correctly. Nevertheless, that is just before his time and when they we’re a British Enclave… Peace.

Opinion: Zuckerberg is going meta

Today Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook Corporation have announced the name-change of the company, which was first known as the “TheFacebook”. Now it has become a tech giant and a vital tool for spreading information and marketing. The social media site is a toxic haven, but also a monopoly of sorts.

Facebook has millions of members and people are showing their lives there. The company owns Instagram and WhatsApp too. So, there are several of entities under his umbrella now. Zuckerberg does this now, because his company is getting tarnished. He needs positivity. So, why not go “meta”?

His company is neither artistic or part of the cultural conversation. Facebook is maybe lacking self-awareness or feeling the room. The founder and owner of the company thinks he can change the narrative by a name-change. However, the problems of Facebook is bigger than that.

He has to address the usage of the social media site. How the page and the platform is being used by certain groups, interests and being controlled for political gains ahead of elections. That the site and its platform is used to spread messages and possible propaganda should be worrying. Alas, he earns fortunes on it and it’s a good business. That’s why he rather “go meta” than take responsibility.

It is not like Zuckerberg is observing things from the outside. No, his just trying to deflect and hope nobody notice it. That this publicity stunt and trying to forget the issues. That Facebook has been used to create social unrest, as well as spread hate and extremism. This is why it suddenly changes name to take away the bad stench.

However, Facebook cannot forget it’s role. That is why companies like Cambridge Analytica and others has used the platform for political gains. Used the platform to spread the campaign misinformation and change elections in their favour. In such a manner of which the tech giant is a useful tool for the hired political operatives.

Just going “meta” isn’t enough. No sorts of metaphysics can save Mark now. He can go all philosophical, but that doesn’t change the fact either. It is a reason why whistleblowers are blowing up the lid and telling their stories. Since, the founder would preferred them to be silent. The backdrops of this is very shady.

He can act like this is no big deal and only a name-change, but it is more to it. As the company wants to be more than just Facebook. They want to be “meta” whatever that means and for whatever purpose that serves. However, right now they have to answer for the usage of the platform and how it has catered to certain parts of the political spectrum. The company and Facebook has to address this as it is concern. That it can be used in this manner and therefore, be a dangerous tool, as well.

No matter how “meta” Zuckerberg goes. This will not change that. The dirt is still on his hands and the cleaning doesn’t start with changing the emblem. The change starts with how the company really operates and runs it’s business. If it cares about the consequences or users. Since this is a definite issue, which will not go away. Peace.

Opinion: 7 years down the line and the China Exim Bank loan to upgrade Entebbe Airport can become a liability

The State Minister of Finance, David Bahati assured the legislators that the implementation of the project will be monitored to ensure the funds are properly utilised” (The Observer – ‘Parliament endorses Shs 680bn Entebbe Airport expansion loan’ 30.10.2015).

It is now evident that the Government of Uganda and the National Resistance Movement (NRM) might struggle with a loan it took out in March 2015 from the China EximBank to fund upgrades of the Entebbe International Airport. We are now in October 2021. There was forewarnings about taking expensive and extensive loans to build and development infrastructure projects. The ones who was steadfast and worried about the rate of loans the state took out was silenced. The state had a plan and initiated with thresholds of loans the state could borrow.

Alas, the state is starting to struggle to cope with all of these loans. It is not shocking as the NRM and the state have been busy with deficit financing it’s budgets to balance it. They are operating with a higher expenses than it has domestic revenue. So to go from red to black the state borrows vast sums from various entities, both locally and internationally. These are taken out with interests and with that… the debt burden is ballooned and at one point… the creditor will either ask for the collateral or make an agreement to cover the funds to cover the defaulted debt. This is what that could happen to Entebbe International Airport…..

Here is how the story went…

How the loan was made:

On October 8, 2014, Uganda’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) entered into a contract for the up grading and expansion of Entebbe International Airport (Phase 1). To access funding for the project, the Government of Uganda (GoU), represented by the finance ministry, signed a concessional agreement with EXIM Bank of China dated March 31, 2015 for the principal amount not exceeding Renminbi 1.26 billion (about $200m) and interest to be charged at a rate of 2% per annum” (Africa Tembelea – ‘AG Muwanga raises queries on Entebbe Airport Expansion’ 12.01.2019).

How CAA looked at the agreement in 2019:

Current overall progress for the upgrade and expansion of Entebbe International Airport is at 52 per cent as opposed to the planned progress of 55 per cent. This is commendable progress. At one point in time, there was a delay in release of money from the Exim Bank of China to the contractor (CCCC), which led to a slight delay that has since been resolved. There was a difference of opinion between Exim Bank and the Government of Uganda on the loan agreement clauses. This necessitated the Government of Uganda and Exim bank of China to renegotiate the terms. This was done and the matter resolved amicably. The contractor has since increased resources committed to the project including manpower and equipment. The rainy season also affected works” ( Dorothy Nakaweesi – ‘Renegotiating loan terms slows Entebbe Airport expansion’ 03.06.2019, Daily Monitor).

Xinhua reports:

Under the Belt and Road Initiative, construction works started in May 2016 after Uganda acquired a 200-million-U.S. dollar loan from the Export-Import Bank of China (China EximBank). The project is scheduled to be implemented in two phases, said China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), which was contracted to design, construct and manage the project. The first phase, with three-quarters finished, involves construction of a new passenger terminal, a new cargo complex, and upgrade of two runways and their associated taxiways, rehabilitation and overlay of three aprons. “For the new cargo building, it is about 10,000 square-meters and when it is finished, it can handle 100,000 tons of cargo per year; for the new passenger terminal building, it is about 20,000 square-meters (and) can handle 3 million passengers per year,” Li Qinpu, CCCC project manager told Xinhua in a recent interview” (Ronald Ssekandi – ‘Feature: China revitalizes Uganda’s aging airport to carry more int’l traffic’ 15.10.2021, Xinhua).

Brian Luwanga tweeted today:

EXIM Bank of China can take over Entebbe Airport in case Uganda fails to pay back a loan of 740 billion shillings ,this has been unearthed by COSASE while meeting Finance Minister Matia Kasaija. The loan was advanced to Uganda for upgrade of Entebbe Airport(Brian Luwanga, 28.10.2021).

It is now a shot that the state promised was safe and would be able to liable for. The state said it would be able to repay the Chine EximBank and service the debt. However, it now seems likely the state is failing to pay back the loans. This means the state is defaulting in it and depending on the agreement. The creditor will have power to cover the debt from the debtor. In this instance, the state has to give collateral or any other sort of value, which will practically cover the lost debt and get returns on the loans issued.

This here is a sad story, but they could have done things differently. Even MPs and some said the state should use other sources to raise the funds for the upgrades of Entebbe International Airport. There was one MP who said the state should borrow this from the NSSF to cover it. Alas, that wasn’t the case and now we are here.

We shouldn’t be shocked at this current rate and with the trillions of shillings of debt. The debt isn’t only the amount you get directly from the lender, but you will also pay additional fees and interests. Meaning the loan isn’t just the fixed funds, which the debtor is receiving, but also the costs of servicing it too. That is what the state has do to when it takes these sort of loans and financial instruments.

The general public should worry about this. Because the state has taken out so many loans and these could it easily default on. The state needs domestic revenue, but is running on huge burden of running costs. While it doesn’t have a growing economy or financial structure to cover the deficits. That’s why the state has taken out loans to cover these expenses and this is why they are defaulting on it.

This was inevitable and the state has to restructure itself. Also, ensure it only has expenses that it can cover and just continue to add debt until the sky. Now the rainy days are coming and the loans taken out in recent years will come to haunt the state. This will hurt the state even more and the spiral of depreciative loans will eat up the budgets, which it is already doing. The rate of paying down on it will be destructive, unless there is a sudden miraculous change of financial fortunes. Alas, await more tragedies like these, as the Entebbe International Airport is the top of the ice-berg. Peace.

Pastor “Mama” Janet Returns: London calling …

Today, I wanted to talk to you about “excellence” in the work we do. I wanted to call our topic for discussion “Made in England”. What does that mean you may ask? That means: the products that were / are manufactured in England which were and are still labelled “Made in England.” People in the countries so far away from England would look for those products that would have been imported to those global markets” (Janet Museveni, 25.10.2021).

This is just happening as there is a will to only sell Nile Perch fished in Lake Victoria to Europe. As that is happening. The First Lady and Minister of Education returns with another sermon. Pastor Janet Museveni cannot contain herself and must be fisherman herself apparently. So, here we go…

So what am I saying here? I am saying that it is wise and it helps to learn from one’s early life that mediocrity is expensive and burdensome because sometimes people think that it’s smart to cut costs by using less materials than is necessary. Whatever you are doing or making, whether it is furniture, or building a house, or constructing a road, if you finish that product and sell it and in a very short time it breaks down or gets spoilt, that is the last one you will ever sell because people will say it is fake, a sham and they will regret having bought it” (Janet Museveni, 25.10.2021).

Here we see here wisdom, as it is and on full display. There is no deep meaning here. Just that everyone is supposed to deliver excellence and not mediocrity. Which is very ironic, as her ministry and her government is the proof of mediocrity. To many cooks and not enough chefs. There is to many in the kitchen and nobody performing. Since, everyone is awaiting to be delegated and getting letter of approval from the His Excellency. Therefore, she is the wrong messenger for this. Mrs. Museveni should also investigate Dott Services and all the Chinese companies building roads, since they are shoddy, and their work isn’t excellence. Still, the father of the home is accepting them.

Finally, I want to add that this principle of excellence does not only work in what you produce or what you do alone, it also works in life, generally speaking. It works in the values you espouse as a person. Values of truth, kindness, patience, trustworthiness, honesty, etc. which ensure that you are a person who only says what they mean and always means what they say. This means people can trust you because you stand by what you say. You are kind to other people, and you don’t bribe people to get what you want, you are patient with your workmates when they are not the best, and you help them on their way to change until they also overcome mediocrity. That way you are excellent as a person and your work also speaks for itself. So you are a good workmate and as a rule, you will prosper” (Janet Museveni, 25.10.2021).

It is like she never seen the National Resistance Movement (NRM) and their work ethic. She speaks of nice ideals, but her own cabinet, ministers and party members cannot all hold these norms dear. The NRM and the husband of Janet doesn’t follow these words. That’s why her aspirations doesn’t make sense. If she was working for a church and a congregation … that had made sense. Alas that is not the case.

Janet, have you seen and heard the stories of bribes involving your husband? Haven’t you heard corruption scandals in-connection with family members and high ranking officials within the NRM party? So, shouldn’t this lesson be heard and told at home before you go to the general public? The idea is a good one, but not a believable. Unless, you want to be a false prophet?

In conclusion, if we have a critical number of our people or skilled workers striving to be excellent workers, then whatever we produce will sell itself just like “Made in England”. Uganda will stand out in Africa because our cities will be beautiful, our roads will be excellent, our students will be excellent students of purpose and we will prosper. Our God will be glorified! How about that!” (Janet Museveni, 25.10.2021).

Yes, people should strive to deliver good products and excellence. That is all natural, but the state isn’t making the public prosper. Janet and the whole cabinet could make it possible. They could make proper policies and laws, in which the industries and the final products could be seen as excellence. However, the state is more into taxation and regulating the business than making things better. Which is ironic when the minister praises excellence.

If Janet wants things to become excellent. She needs to address the hubby and get him to direct all the national parastatals, commissions and state owned enterprises. Yoweri could easily direct some ministers and commissions his way. Just like he does with UNRA and hires some shabby Chinese Road firms and Dott Services. He could maybe get the someone else to actually hire someone good this time. Peace.

Opinion: Trump will not conquer the Silicon Valley

Today, former President Donald J. Trump have launched his Social Media platform – the “Truth Social”, as a part of the Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG). This a formed business after a merger with Digital World Acquisition Group (DWAG). The TMTG will have initial growth with the capital from DWAG. So, it is the DWAG who funds the operation and TMTG.

The first launch is the “Truth Social” which is supposed to compete with Facebook and other social medias. That will be a hard battle and not something to easily compete with. Not like other sites haven’t tried and other entrepreneurs has done it’s bidding too. Yes, the hardcore Trump supporters will join in. Just like the few phony Republican’s who bought the “Freedom Phone” too.

That Trump will fight “big tech” isn’t surprising. As Trump needs a new hustle and new scheme to raise funds. Clearly with the evaluation of close to a billion before even launching or having a beta-version out. Heck, there are just pre-pre-signups to it. Therefore, his really betting on another people’s money. While social media haven’t been a cash-cow or an easy way of earning profits. Since, you need research and development. Always need for more updates and reignite to new platforms and versions of smartphones. That is a costly endeavour…

It’s hard to believe that this company will be able to fight the giants now. Since, the owners of other social media are so big, and they have such a “monopoly” over the various fields. In this regard, don’t expect TMTG to be able to compete with Google or Facebook. Heck, they have to battle to even compete with Yahoo. Seriously, they will be a 4Chan and a Reddit level of importance. Some might even say a own stage of IRL Chat or Discord server. Have a hard time believing in the launch or the credibility to beat “big tech”.

I’m old enough to remember Clifford “T.I.” Harris launching the social media site “Streetcred.com” and it never popped off. It was a flair and a try into a new field for the rapper and entrepreneur. However, it wasn’t all that and neither was the features on the sight anything to aspire too. Neither was your friends there or your family. So, it was only a few fans of T.I. and that’s it.

On this site and networks… it will be filled the Trump supporters and the Republicans who feels left out from the rest of the social media sphere. It will be a 4Chan and a Gab. I cannot see this becoming a true a competitor or even can gain so much traction. Since, the established ones have the familiarity and the people on it already. So, it’s a David against Goliath without even a proper tool to sling the stone.

I have a feeling this will be dissolved just like “Streetcred.com” did. Unless, he has enough gullible supporters and rich patronage who wants to fund the losing enterprise. Since, this will not be a winning a place or a profitable enterprise. No, this will be an endless money-pit with few to none avenues of finding places to gain revenue. Therefore, TMTG better hope DWAG gets more investors and financial muscles. They have a mountain to climb and need experienced people to pass over the mountain passes.

Trump has so many failed businesses. This would be another one… wouldn’t be shocked if this followed the airplane, vodka or steaks. Heck, this could be another casino venture of epic failure. So, the ones putting stocks into this and investing. The money is already lost and there will be no way of getting returns on the investment. That capital is gone and so in the name of the company as well. Peace.

RDC: Eveil pour la Solidarite Katangaise – Communique de Presse No. 001 (18.10.2021)

Opinion: Trump’s Hotel at the Old Post Office is a business made of White-Collar crime

Reportedly coined in 1939, the term white-collar crime is now synonymous with the full range of frauds committed by business and government professionals. These crimes are characterized by deceit, concealment, or violation of trust and are not dependent on the application or threat of physical force or violence. The motivation behind these crimes is financial—to obtain or avoid losing money, property, or services or to secure a personal or business advantage” (Federal Bureau of Investigation – White-collar Crime).

The House Committee on Oversight and Reform have looked into documents from the General Services Administration (GSA) detailing the lease of the Old Post Office Building in Washington D.C., which has been made into a Trump Hotel. The documents and financial transgressions is now blown a lid off.

That’s why the Former President Donald J. Trump came out with a statement that the Republican’s should vote in 2022 (midterms) and 2024, because the 2020 election wasn’t rectified or overturned as he wanted. This is what created buzz and headlines… while the financial crimes of the Trump Organization in concern to this hotel was becoming secondary.

Trump and his companies withheld information of a loan from Deutsche Bank, which in 2018 gave him a $170 million loan. While he was in office, the hotel earned $150 million and out of that he received $3.7 Million from Foreign Governments. He also concealed $70 Million in Net Losses. In addition, he concealed other debts with other properties as he was bidding for the Old Post Office Building. He hid this information of $1.1 billion of debt in 2009/10 in the financial documents when he applied to the GSA in 2011.

All of these things can be seen as corporate fraud, which is White-Collar Crime and he has also possibly violated the Foreign Emoluments Clause with the “donations” or millions of dollars from Foreign Government to the Trump Hotel. All of these things should be investigated directly and the Department of Justice should takeover from the House Committee on Oversight and Reform. So, that this can a discovery and subpoenaed further.

We are seeing the will to hide, deceive and lie to entities to get profits. The conceal the facts and get beneficial treatment. While also ensuring illegal means to get the ability to rent and run an hotel while being in office. The Trump Hotel at the Old Post Office needs a serious investigation and possibly more deals done by the Trump Organizations. Since this is just one of plenty and now that his not in office. The state, the committees and state attorney generals can push these cases. That is needed. Because, it has been proven in the past of transgression and illegal activity done by Trump.

That’s why Trump isn’t allowed to run a charity or a foundation. Neither, the former President was charged and had to pay fines for his fake Trump University too. Therefore, expect more to come and more cases to possibly happen. This just shows what his willing to do and using the Presidential term to earn more money. Peace.
