Sudan: Khartoum City Resistance Committees Coordination – Preparation for the June 30 Epic (21.06.2022)

The masses of the people of Sudan

May God’s mercy and forgiveness be upon the martyrs of the homeland, speedy recovery for the injured, the safe and sooner return of the missing and those whose fate is unknown

Freedom for us and for all detainees incarcerated unfairly and unjustly behind the cells, and shame, and disgrace for all murderers and the putschists.

We address you today as the days are moving fast towards an epic battle in the course of this revolution, the battle of the people of Sudan against the ruling military junta. On the thirtieth of June, a memory that moves our hearts, emotions and minds to that day when the people of Sudan discovered the greatness of their power in the march of millions in various cities and villages of Sudan, and here we are today facing the challenge of summoning that force in order to knockout to the faltering authority. We are committed to its complete overthrow and rejecting any settlement with it, so that all those who want to enter into a partnership with the putschists know that they will fall with them to the dustbin of history.

We call on all revolutionaries, resistance committees, unions, and political organizations that believe in change to engage in the mobilization for this great battle by conducting processions, vigils, public addresses, and the distribution of paper clips, so that we, like an army of ants, all move and work nonstop from the moment until the morning of the decisive day, for our victory on this day depends on what we will accomplish, the revolution is work, commitment and dedication.

We, in the Khartoum City Resistance Committees Coordination, announce a media campaign for the June 30 march, which begins with the unification of social media profile display images into one image, alongside the hashtag #June30March.

We urge all revolutionaries to respond and help in the announcement of the millions-march so that the whips of our usual peacefulness inflame the backs of tyrants and turn their fragile authority’s dreams of survival into a never-ending nightmare until its complete overthrow and the establishment of a full civil authority that carries the torch of the process of civil democratic transformation and the state of freedom, peace, and justice.

Victory for the people of Sudan

And the gallows for the killers

Opinion: Kibalama and company is outsmarted yet again

You cannot break a man’s hustle. The former leadership of the National Unity Reconciliation and Development Party (NURP) is trying to hijack the current National Unity Platform (NUP). The other so called fraction of the party has built a new headquarters in Rubaga (Lubaga) but the official one of the party is in Kamwokya. Therefore, the stalemate is there and now the NUP – Rubaga isn’t only acting in contempt of the courts, but also the Electoral Commission.

Both the High Court and the Electoral Commission states that the current leadership of the NUP in Kamwokya is the righteous ones. This means that whatever mission Moses Nkonge Kibalama and Paul Ssimbwa Kagombe is a flawed and an epic failure. They can go on TV and NBS Television to cry out loud. However, their party and what was in the past is now gone. That was done before the General Elections of 2021 and registered as a new party.

The old guard of the NURP could possibly start another party or another venture. However, they cannot hijack or try to forge their way into controlling the current NUP. That is already sealed and was done wisely. For all matters and sake, the coordination and the manner of which it was done. Was done in a way of ensuring that no one could suddenly ambush it.

Yes, the system and the other parties has tried to soften the blow. They have gone after everything and the party has been targeted. It has been tested in the courts and now with the recent developments. This is only showing how futile the mission or enterprise of Kibalama is… his hungry and got nowhere to go. Heck, his house is lacking windows… it is leaking just like his plans or his new organization.

They are acting all out and the newest reports is that the NUP Kamwokya is planning legal action against Kibalama. This time the Kibalama fraction has to answer the Kamwokya and not the other way around.

The ones calling this is a hurdle, it could turn into a tailspin for Kibalama. As the things seems iron-tight. For a moment, I was worried that this could become a MDC-Alliance sort of tale. Where the one fraction would undermine with the help of the junta. However, at this very moment and after the letter of EC. Things seems secured and all legit. That’s why Bobi Wine and associates can all muscle up.

Certainly this tale is far from over. The NUP of Kamwokya has the upper hand. We just have to see how this pans out. Kibalama is playing a loosing game. Looking more and more foolish by the day. That is certain… and it’s tragic really.

He and his company should just start a new chapter and new body. Instead of trying to act like they lead what they lost. The ones following and in the circle of Kibalama should know that. However, ego and pride plus the ability to see the relevance is maybe a reason why Kibalama is doing this. Nevertheless, his losing more and more. Not regaining or winning by any stretch of the imagination. That is obvious.

No matter how dubious or how clever you are. The team around you and how you operate will expose you. This second edition of using means to destroy the NUP. Is only showing that Kibalama could never leave it alone or let it go. He wants it back, but it isn’t his anymore. Peace.

Malawi: The State Capture case of Sattar wrecks the Tonse Alliance…

In Lilongwe and Blantyre the exposure of the Zuenth Sattar case is evolving out of the hands of the President. President Lazarus Chakwera has been forced to do something. Especially, since he spoke so vividly in opposition and during campaigns. However, this is just temporary measures for now. Nevertheless, if the Vice-President and his party wasn’t informed or knew about the measure. Surely things will get hostile in the coalition between the major parties of this alliance.

The President is speaking big words and going after some big-men. That is needed, the same with the investigation into the report. Because, the court case in the United Kingdom exposed it all. That showed that it was more to it. There was a need to look into Sattar and his connections in Malawi. The man who able to wheeler-deal in any administration and get ahead of the competition. He was getting favourable deals and agreements, which is spoken about today.

This is the State Capture case of Malawi. This is the Gupta(s) of Lilongwe. That is the gist of things and Chakwera is only trying to forge the narrative now and buy time. No one should be shocked by that. Nobody expected that he would target the VP and others like this. It is practically destroying the trust and the alliance of which he reigns the republic. That’s taking a stand, but will it bear fruits?

Just read here!

President Lazarus Chakwera says the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has forbidden the publication of the list of of those who allegedly received bribes from businessperson Zuneth Sattar. He says apart from the Vice-President whose name was already mentioned before, no member of his Cabinet is mentioned in list. According to the President, there are 84 people named in the report. In relation to the corruption report by the Anti-Corruption Bureau involving businessperson Zuneth Sattar, President Lazarus Chakwera has suspended the chief of staff at State residences Prince Kapondamgaga. Chakwera has also fired the Inspector General of Police George Kainja. On the Vice-President Saulos Chilima, the President says he will withhold any delegatory duties to his office until he is cleared on the allegations” (The Nation Malawi, 21.06.2022).

President Lazarus Chakwera says the report has exposed inflating of prices of goods sold to government. Chakwera has instructed the Office of the Ombudsman to investigate the report submitted by ACB. President Lazarus Chakwera says the ACB has submitted an investigation report on Zuneth Sattar. He says over the past five years Malawi has paid about $150 million to companies belonging to Sattar” (Times 360 Malawi, 21.06.2022).

When reading these small fragments from the news cycle. You know that the gig is up. However, nothing has been done in the courts and no pending cases of yet. The suspensions and such isn’t directly reforming in the system. Neither is anyone implicated or indicted, neither is there charges brought into play. So, for now… this is big-talk and big risks of the President. As he risks his whole alliance and partner in the VP. This could be the nail in the coffin for the Tonse Alliance.

Well, the state capture has put the VP into the storm. Nevertheless, the rest of the state and government has also gotten into that. That’s why ministers risked their titles over perks and “free” kickbacks at one point. Now, these things are up in the open and the ACB report proves that. The further investigations will prove how deep and who else was a part of this. That is only for the time being.

What we do know… is that the invisible hand of Sattar had the hand in the cookie jar. He was eating good and high ranking officials was getting greased. That is obvious. Now we just have to wonder, if this will be a play of publicity stunts or legit changes. Because, the preacher knows how to talk the talk, but to walk the walk is a whole other beast. Peace.

Sudan: Forces of Freedom and Change – Press Statement (21.06.2022)

June 30.. Towards a united front for the forces of the revolution and a qualitative adjustment of the balance of forces to defeat the coup

The periodic meeting of the Executive Office of the Forces of Freedom and Change was held this evening, Tuesday, June 21, 2022 AD, the meeting discussed many issues of the political current. We devoted most of his time to the extensive preparation of the June 30 millionaires and their aftermath, and how to comprehensively prepare for them from all the forces of the revolution, leading to the defeat of the October 25 coup and the new establishment of a sustainable civil democratic transformation path. The meeting concluded the following:

First: June 30 is a milestone in the course of the Sudanese revolution, as it represents the memory of the people’s victory in the battle to complete the glorious December revolution in which its enemies lurked, so our people defeated them and proved that there is no place for apostasy in the dictionary of its opposition to tyranny. Therefore, we call on all the daughters and sons of our people to participate widely, inside and outside Sudan and in all of its cities and countryside, in unprecedented peaceful processions that prove the isolation of the coup and our people’s adherence to liberation from tyranny, and confirm that the first and primary means that will defeat the coup is the peaceful mass resistance.

Second: June 30 is a day to demonstrate the unity of the revolutionary forces and their determination to continue the path of resistance to the coup until its defeat. The counter-revolutionary forces have increased the pace of their work these days to thwart the June 30 processions through attempts to sow discord among the revolutionary forces, which are unsuccessful attempts that will not succeed in breaking the people’s resolve and unity.

Third: June 30 is one of several episodes to escalate peaceful mass action to comprehensive civil disobedience that leads to the defeat of the coup, we will work in the forces of freedom and change with all the forces of the revolution, including resistance committees, political, professional and civil forces, intellectuals, thinkers and actors to develop and diversify the means of our resistance action by using all the tried and developed means such as processions, strikes, disobedience and sit-ins so that our people can write an end to the October 25 coup and establish a new civil, democratic path that achieves the goals of our people in freedom, peace and justice.

On the other hand, the meeting listened to a detailed report on the meeting called by the United States of America and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the day before yesterday, Sunday, June 19, and which was called by the representative of the Forces of Freedom and Change and the representative of the military component in the coup authority, it was also attended by UN envoy Volker Perthes, who was devoted to following up on the results of the first meeting and whether any progress has occurred during the past few days.

The representative of the Forces of Freedom and Change conveyed the position of the coalition, which emphasized that this meeting is for follow-up only and not a meeting that leads to specific results. We also carried the position of the coalition, which we conveyed before the meeting, which was summed up in the fact that the entitlements of creating a democratic climate have not been fulfilled in a real way, as there are still political detainees behind bars, and the pace of violence against civilians has escalated throughout Sudan, and innocent martyrs have fallen as a result of this continuous violence.

We also made it clear in this meeting that Freedom and Change had drafted a paper expressing its viewpoint on how the political process would lead to an end to the coup, a vision that it presented for a wide discussion to develop in a way that expresses the visions of the anti-coup revolution forces.

The meeting also heard the visions of the military component that it presented in the meeting about its perception of some of the issues carried by the Freedom and Change paper, the discrepancies in the issues of the parties and stages of the political process and the role of the military institution in the transition, while the forces of freedom and change adhere to the new establishment. It must be based on full civil authority and that there is no return to the partnership again. At the conclusion of this meeting, the international facilitators affirmed their determination to continue their efforts to advance the success of the political process in order to achieve the goals and aspirations of the Sudanese people.

Sudan: The Revolutionary Charter for People’s Power – The Agreement between the leader of the Junta Coup and the President of the United Arab Emirates (21.06.2022)

It is important that we protect every inch of our land with precision and care from every enemy, whether regional, international, or local mercenary.

We have followed the movements of the putschists regarding selling Sudan’s resources and compromising its economic independence in order to appease their regional and international masters, and to ensure their continuation in power.

This included monitoring the roles that the United Arab Emirates

has played in supporting and financing the Janjaweed militias, igniting recurring tribal conflicts in eastern Sudan, and continuing pressure to weaken the social fabric and the unity of sea port workers, who have remained steadfast in their initial rejection of repeated attempts to sell Sudanese ports and also adhered to their refusal to pass evil plans in the name of investment sometimes or to expropriate land under the pretext of establishing a military base for the Janjaweed militias.

The latest of these attempts was covered in the media by the “Reuters News Agency”, which revealed the conclusion of a contract of an agreement between the leader of the junta coup and the President of the United Arab Emirates, according to which the UAE has a concession in an area of coastal land, with the aim of constructing a port for the Emirates, and an industrial zone, in addition to an agricultural project in the area (Abu Hamad) in the Nile River State, and all of this leads to harvesting products that feed the Emirati markets, not the Sudanese, and the Sudanese people will not have any significant gain.

It is not surprising for us that the one who facilitates the completion of this project / deal is the son of an old capitalist who accumulated his wealth by entering into a (mediation) process that led to the sale of dear lands and parts that included the history and civilizations of Sudan to the Egyptian government, who flooded those lands in favor of establishing a reservoir (Aswan High Dam) that gave the Sudanese people nothing but painful memories.

Also, it is natural for this agreement to take place under the auspices of the coup finance minister, who started his public life as a member of the (Islamic Front) and then was the first to take steps to sell Port Sudan after practically drying it up.

The honorable masses of the Sudanese people:

Allowing the privatization of Sudan’s ports or the establishment of parallel ports, owned by foreign companies or countries, not only means the gradual loss of Sudan’s sovereignty, but also leads directly to turning the Sudanese state-owned ports of Port Sudan and Suakin into deserted ruins that deprive the Sudanese people of the revenues from their operation.

In addition to other more harmful goals, including Sudan’s loss of control over the determination and management of the imports and exports movement, and its transformation into an open gate by multinational companies, and all those who are active in looting wealth and resources.

Therefore, on the basis of the basic principles stated in the (Revolutionary Charter for the People’s Power) and based on the will of our rebellious people, we declare the following:

– Not recognizing any local or international agreements made by the current coup government, as well as all of the ramifications and phases of the coup regime that has continued since “1989” until its overthrow by the will of our people.

As a result, we warn everyone (countries, international and local institutions, commercial organizations, companies, and others) against becoming parties to such deals, which will fall with the fall of the coup council that seized power by force, because the Sudanese people will soon reclaim power.

The revolutionaries of our struggling people:

The radical change stipulated in the (Revolutionary Charter for the People’s Power) is based first on ensuring the economic and political independence of Sudan, and stopping and preventing the looting of the resources of our people. To achieve this, we call on all resistance committees and revolutionary bodies to reject these corrupt deals and adhere to their rejection, as a principled position.

Long live Sudan, free and independent of economic and political dependence.
