RDC: Du Senateur a Vie Joseph Kabila (SCSV) – Reaction de la Conseillere en Communication du President de la Republique Honoraire Concernant CONGO HOLD-UP (19.11.2021)

According to our many reliable sources, and according to careful monitoring, there are large numbers that are not yet limited to the security and media blackout conditions from the Kandakat detainees and the revolutionaries detainees. They were arrested during the victorious processions of the seventeenth of November and before and until today. They are languishing in unknown places to which the coup forces are deporting them.
It occurred as a result of repression, violence and systematic torture practised by those brute forces before, during and after their arrest in the capital and the provinces, in order to break the thorns of the masses, but the reality proves their composure, courage and unique determination. Our proud people are covered with it during their valiant, peaceful movement resisting the coup, and the ember of the revolution is fuelled by repression.
We in the Central Command Council of the Forces of Freedom and Change hold the coup authority fully responsible for the safety of all the Kandakas and the detained revolutionaries and we see that it is an extension of its moral, humanitarian and national downfall, and we stress that it is a crime that falls under crimes against humanity, enforced disappearance, torture, and refraining from providing medical aid and necessary medical care in accordance with the provisions of international law and local laws, and we demand that the places of their detention be disclosed, their immediate release, and the immediate provision of the injured and injured, and these continuous violations, which included the martyrdom of tens of martyrs and the fall of hundreds of wounded, it raises question marks about the fate and safety of the arrested leaders of the legitimate civil revolution government and political parties.
We also renew our appeal to all organizations working in the field of human rights, governments and free peoples around the world to exercise their humanitarian duty to protect our people from the genocide that the coup plotters, the opportunists and the remnants of the former regime are working to enforce in a hideous and systematic way, as all the proven evidence and decisions to reset and empower the members of the former regime in the structures of the coup authority and its security services since the coup, the clear apostasy confirms the era of oppression, tyranny and corruption, which makes us more determined to overthrow this criminal coup d’etat, and to form the largest resistance front accompanied by all the forces of the living revolution. And professionals, craftsmen, resistance committees, and honorable daughters and sons of our free and rebellious people, apostasy is impossible and victory is inevitably coming.

“Demonstrations planned to take place today in Blantyre have been cancelled amid serious chaotic scenes that are still unfolding, police have confirmed. Deputy Southern Region Police spokesperson Edith Kachotsa said organisers of the demonstrations, led by Bon Kalindo, have decided to cancel the demonstrations after some disagreements amongst themselves. As we compile this, most of the places within Blantyre Business District is awash with teargas, reaching to places such as Protea Ryalls Hotel, Sunbird Mount Soche and surrounding banks. Kachotsa said police fired the teargas to prevent more violence” (Malawi Nation Online, 19.11.2021).
In Malawi there been made a commotion and a demonstration against the Tonse Alliance after United Transformation Movement (UTM) Youth Director Bon Kalindo challenged the UTM to fire him.
This is not the first time Kalindo gets himself into trouble. The MP have gotten into issues before and this is not new. The Tonse Alliance is speaking of a financial crisis, while the nepotism and corruption runs rampant.
Kalindo is a firebrand and a man who has done this before. He has insulted the predecessor Mutharika and now Chakwera. The man even spent time in jail for doing so. This time he got of the hook and stopped being a member of the party.
It has just been 48 hours since he stepped down.
Maybe he hurt the Tonse Alliance by saying this: “Malawians can no longer breathe and we have leaders who continue to justify unnecessary increases of basic commodities. We have leaders who have failed to address corruption even in their backyard and when we say these have to stop then we are accused of insulting the leaders” (Kalindo, 14.11.2021).
The politician are now using the public and the grievances, which isn’t new, but is becoming more dire. Kalindo just proves a point. We can wonder if he used the public as a decoy in this. As Chakwera’s government only shows no mercy to demonstrators. However, Kalindo has been behind bars for his political activity.
We can just wonder what is his end-game this time around. Kalindo isn’t a fool, but a unique sort of politician. He will use his platform and office to build his own career. Most likely his using the struggles of the people and youths to his own benefit now. As a Youth Director he could easily connect with the leaders and activists to get them quickly to the streets. Therefore, Kalindo used this now.
Yes, Chakwera and his government have to fix things, but his busy spending fortunes on foreign trips and taking huge entourages abroad. He cannot run away from this. Kalindo might use this and excuse his own actions.
The demonstration against the government is righteous. The public has a right to do it. However, trusting Kalindo now is a fools errand. Peace.

Yesterday it was revealed from the Uganda Police Force that they killed Sheik Muhammed Kirevu. A man who was in their custody and handcuffed. The authorities had him in their midst and still they decided to shoot-and-kill him. That is extra judicial killing. They killed him right in-front of his family and his kids as witnesses.
The authorities are not only the ones who apprehend alleged criminals, but they are the court and the hangman. They are all in-one and they do this on their duty. This isn’t the first time or the last of which the Police Force or any of the state Security Organizations are inclined to use lethal force to stop an alleged criminal or suspect. They are not tried or charged, they are just taken out.
This isn’t the manner of which shows a difference between the state and a terrorist organizations. Since, the ones dropping the bombs is issuing terror and the state is issuing terror with their guns. There is no very to no difference between the parties. They are both sanctioning death upon both innocent and suspects. The state can after the fact claim links and evidence for the suspect. However, that was never proven in the courts or their supposed illegal activity was never tested. Therefore, it is flawed and what if the person was just another citizens catching a stray-bullet? Will the Police or Authorities take this to account and be responsible for the unfortunate death?
I doubt that… and Sheik Kirevu might have been connected to the ADF and might not have. All we know now is that he was in their custody and he ended up dead. Instead of doing due diligence and doing the process. Proving the alleged criminal conspiracy and his involvement in the terrorist organization. He was taken out and we can never know now. The Police Force is coming with hearsay and allegations, which will never be proven. They can say he was monster and a vicious individual, but the man can never defend his innocence either. Since the man is no longer breathing.
This is why the whole ordeal is wrong. The state isn’t doing this right. They are ambushing and hostile. They are not trying to show why they are righteous and have the laws to uphold. Since, there is no indication of difference between them or the bombers. Both are just killing senselessly and doing it for their respective end-game. That is the tragic things here and in the manner of the Sheik. Its his kids that is scarred for life. While the victims and the families of Kampala will forever be touched by the bombs earlier this week. In this way, nobody is getting peace and resolving the hurt. The state isn’t fixing things the right way, but only causing more harm.
The Uganda Police Force and all the other agencies shouldn’t be proud for doing this. There is little to no difference between them and a average murderer. They both kills, but one has a license like James Bond and the other is a nameless killer. The officers and state agents should be better, than random stranger with a gun. However, in 2021 in the Republic that’s too much to ask. We can beg to differ, but the reality is that this is how they operate.
This is how they deal with criminals, by being their own gang of operatives ready to shoot and kill. The Courts are useless and laws are too. When lives can be taken so easily and without mercy. The idea of an extra judicial killing should be a rare occasion, but in concern to the UPF. It is just to common and so ordinary. That is why this is a cultural way of acting and modus operandi. This is the tragic thing and lives which can never return is taken in the quest for “justice”. However, justice was denied and never served. The ones they are trying to rectify or act for isn’t getting the truth. They are just hearing about more families scorn by the authorities who acts like outlaws themselves. Peace.

The military coup council bears full responsibility for the massacres, free killings and systematic violence against the peaceful revolutionaries and revolutionaries in all the cities and villages of Sudan, crimes that are not strange or new to this corrupt junta.
However, it took a more horrific turn since yesterday, November 17, 2021, with the aim of breaking the thorn in the peaceful resistance and disintegrating popular support for it, and no way. The responsibility of the military coup d’état for the massacres and crimes does not cancel out the responsibility of the organs, leaders and forces that carry out the executions.
It is implicated to the core, and it will be affected by the difficult account and justice of our people as soon as this fascist junta is overthrown, as will curses, contempt and social boycott now and without delay. Contrary to the nonsense of the police leadership at its press conference this evening, the revolutionary forces have clear and documented records of the involvement of a number of officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers from the Khartoum state police, the police, the central reserve and the special forces of the General Administration of the Security Police in the assassination and direct sniping of the peaceful revolutionaries and revolutionaries.
In addition to the Rapid Support Militia and the Rescue Security Forces, which are crimes that do not fall within the statute of limitations and their perpetrators will not go unpunished, as forces from the Central Reserve Police actively participated in the massacre of November 17, 2021 in Bahri, which continues until now, the director general of the police forces, the director of the Khartoum state police, the commander of the Central Reserve Forces and the director of the Bahri local police, bear the moral, criminal and legal responsibility therein, as they are the ones who obeyed direct orders and directives from the military coup to commit these crimes.
They are the ones who ordered the perpetrators from their subordinates, and the handful of lies they told today will not bring public opinion to them and to all those who are silent about them or repeat them, except for shame and contempt in addition to legal and criminal prosecution.

“The protest at Lekki Toll Gate according to eyewitnesses that testified and from the video footages submitted by witnesses and LCC was very peaceful on all the days including the 20th of October, 2020 until the arrival of men of the Nigerian Army” (LASG JPI REPORT OF THE LEKKI INCIDENT INVESTIGATION OF 20TH OCTOBER 2020, P: 283).
The #ENDSARS protests went worldwide, prominent artists and people participated across the Republic of Nigeria. The October protests became known and the police brutality from Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) was well-known. Also, the way the authorities addressed it and this is why the Report released was so important. As well, as the Nigerian 81 Division called at alleged “massacre” in their statement on the 27th October 2021. However, this report will dismiss that…
The first devastating blow to the army:
“The Panel finds that although the Army gave copious evidence of general commotion, violence and mayhem in other locations in Lagos State other than Lekki Toll Gate, there is no justification behind the deployment of its soldiers and officers to Lekki Toll Gate in particular, when there was no violence reported there instead of the other critical areas (for example in places like Orile, Mushin etc), which indeed escalated the violence. The deployment of the Army to Lekki Toll Gate on 20/10/2020, in the absence of any reported violence, was totally unwarranted” (LASG JPI REPORT OF THE LEKKI INCIDENT INVESTIGATION OF 20TH OCTOBER 2020, P: 283).
Second:
“The evidence of Reddington Hospital and Grandville Hospital established the fact that not less than 20 persons who claimed to be protesters were treated for wounds consistent with gunshot injuries. It is therefore improbable that the army only used blank ammunitions at the Toll Gate on the day of the incident as claimed. There were many injured and deaths” (LASG JPI REPORT OF THE LEKKI INCIDENT INVESTIGATION OF 20TH OCTOBER 2020, P: 287).
Third:
“The testimony and report of Professor John Obafunwa, a Forensic Pathologist of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, showed that three (3) corpses were deposited at the Mainland Hospital, Yaba Hospital, all from the Lekki Toll Gate and the autopsy conducted thereon revealed death from bleeding caused by penetrating objects or rifled weapon” (…) “However, the Panel finds that the fact of lack of identity of some of the other 96 corpses on the list supplied by Professor Obafunwa would not obliterate the fact that some of them could have come from the Lekki Toll Gate Incident of October 20, 2020 or that some other unidentified corpses may have been removed by their families or the military, as claimed by the EndSARS protesters, far and beyond the list tendered by Professor Obafunwa” (…) “The Panel also finds that most of the 96 corpses for which autopsies were conducted by Professor Obafunwa remain unidentified but they were labelled with EndSARS, apparently lending credence to the case of the EndSARS protesters that the shootings by security agencies resulted in mass deaths within the State” (LASG JPI REPORT OF THE LEKKI INCIDENT INVESTIGATION OF 20TH OCTOBER 2020, P: 288).
Fourth:
“The panel finds most alarming and concerning the testimonies of the ACP Oludotun Odubona who appeared on behalf of the CP and that of CSP Raji Ganiyu, the DPO of Maroko Police Station that no investigation was carried out in respect of the incident of 20th October 2020, because there was no basis for such investigation and no complaints were lodged with the Nigerian Police Force by victims or families of victims. This amounts to a dereliction of duty” (LASG JPI REPORT OF THE LEKKI INCIDENT INVESTIGATION OF 20TH OCTOBER 2020, P: 293-294).
Fifth:
“The atrocious maiming and killing of unarmed, helpless and unresisting protesters, while sitting on the floor and waving their Nigerian flags, while singing the National Anthem can be equated to a ‘massacre’ in context” (LASG JPI REPORT OF THE LEKKI INCIDENT INVESTIGATION OF 20TH OCTOBER 2020, P: 294).
Sixth:
“It was alleged and corroborated that the soldiers had their vans parked at the Lekki Toll Gate and removed as many bodies and corpses of the fallen protesters which they took away with their vans. One of the protesters who was shot and taken for dead, Olalekan Sanusi, who eventually escaped to narrate his ordeal and experience stated that 11 corpses were in the van, where he was placed in and presumed dead. Miss Dabira Ayuku also corroborated the above by stating that she saw about 7 dead bodies placed in one of the military trucks at the Lekki Toll Gate on the night of 20th October, 2020” (LASG JPI REPORT OF THE LEKKI INCIDENT INVESTIGATION OF 20TH OCTOBER 2020, P: 295).
This reports is a horrific read, but the reports and reporting in the days surrounding it only proved the fact. The army and the police did make a massacre at the Lekki Toll Bridge and this report also proves to show that the authorities tried to cover-up the evidence. Therefore, we don’t know the full extent or the amounts of victims. That’s an deliberate act of the state.
The massacre should have consequences for the ones in-charge of the police and army. They killed civilians singing and carrying the Nigerian flag while protesting. They we’re unarmed and the authorities did aim to kill. We don’t know the amount or the final numbers. However, every single life should be accounted for and these citizens deserves their justice. Their families and loved-ones deserves to know what really happened and the ones doing the killing should answer for their crimes.
The army and the ones in authorities who ordered this should answer for it. The soldiers and officers participating in it should also face prosecution. The state didn’t honour their citizens and instead served them injustice. The citizens who was harmed, scared, injured and killed deserves to see justice filled. This is not only memorials and yearly anniversaries, but see the men who did it face time and get sentenced. The leaders should bow out in disgrace and not serve. As they are no different than mobsters and criminals. There is no difference between them and cartel leaders who defends the massacres.
We know Buhari and his government will not do anything about SARS. He will just prolong the agony and in-act in concern to this. That is why he should act upon this. As this massacre happened on his watch and it was the citizens he was supposed to protect that died that day last year. Peace.
