US Congress Report: Undress the sinister acts of the “Zero Tolerance” Policy of the Trump Administration!

Today, I will address the US Representatives Staff Report released this week. This is a report in regards to the sinister and evil act of separating kids from their parents at the border to Mexico. The report will clarify and say to what extent the acts been done and what consequences this have. They are splitting up families and scarring kids for life, because of the belief of a higher power or some sort of progression into the land of injustice, where the immigrants, refugees from Central and Latin America is criminal before justice has allowed them entry of the Republic.

That is why this report is important. I will take the quotes and the wordings that is showing the acts of the state to these ones, who only sin in life was to cross into the United States. After that, the Trump Administration have the power and will to do whatever in the name of the ‘Zero Tolerance’, to treat people in ways, that is violating human rights and basic understanding of humanity. This is what the Republican Party is showing world and will be remembered for. They did this and was proud of it, in Jesus name and as Christians they detained and let people die in custody. That is what sort of men, that is acting, running and doing the bidding of President Trump right now.

The Administration has identified 2,816 children covered by the court’s preliminary injunction, including more than 100 children under five and over 2,500 children between 5 to 17. The court ordered the reunification of children under five by July 11, 2018, and of children between 5 to 17 by July 26, 2018. However, following these deadlines, 711 children remained separated, including several hundred children whose parents had been deported before the court issued its preliminary injunction” (US Congress Staff Report, P: 13, 2019).

Despite the failure by DHS, HHS, and DOJ to produce a complete set of records, the Committee’s investigation of the Trump Administration’s child separations has revealed harm inflicted on children beyond what was previously known, has refuted the Administration’s justification for this cruel policy, and has confirmed the ongoing trauma inflicted by these separations. The separation of these children from their parents was not required by law, but instead was the result of a long-considered series of policy decisions by the Trump Administration. The Administration executed a deliberate policy to take thousands of babies, infants, toddlers, and children away from their parents and transfer them to government custody, in some cases in deplorable conditions” (US Congress Staff Report, P: 24, 2019).

Based on ICE data, 545 parents of the 2,648 separated children reviewed by the Committee were deported, with or without their children. From the limited set of ORR records, Committee staff have identified at least 158 parents who were deported without their children” (US Congress Staff Report, P: 29, 2019).

What is striking from this report is not only that the Trump Administration does this to innocent kids, that they are acting deliberately and also withholding information away from the US Congress. They are not only not delivering clear data-set or information about how they are acting, but trying to shield the world from acts. That is what the Trump Administration doing. The same administration, that blocked the United Nations Experts from investigation into the acts of the Concentration Camps and the detention centres created for refugees, aliens and migrants crossing into the United States.

That is why this report isn’t fulfilling to read, because you know, there are things that the DHS, HHS and the DOJ is not dropping to the public. Seemingly they are afraid of what the world will see. The Trump Administration, the leadership and the ones who made this happen should pay. Everyone has a right to seek refuge, seek to migrate, by crossing borders and trying to follow the laws of the Republic and see if they are justified to get visa. That shouldn’t be made illegal to do that act. This is what the US and Trump Administration have done with this Zero Tolerance.

What is worst of all, is that they have scarred kids, toddlers and marked them with pain, which was not needed or even legal by law. Because, the policy fits the strange narrative of the Republican party. That fits the Christian Conservative parts of the US, who cares more about fetuses, than actual human beings breathing crossing their borders. That is all insane, but shows the blatant disregard of humanity, that the Trump Administration administer at this moment. Peace.

The Leopards Anus is touchy about “Project Muhoozi”

The big question for Ugandans is: How and when are they planning to make this transition?

The First Son is already being sent on foreign missions on behalf of his father and is meeting ambassadors and dignitaries, and tweeting about it. Maybe the Godfather is planning to go into semi-retirement after rigging the 2021 elections and take on an advisory role as his son runs the Family Business called Uganda Limited. Or maybe, just maybe, the transition happens within NRM and the country adopts a Parliamentary System in which the party with the most elected legislators takes the presidency” (Joseph Kabuleta – ‘MAFIA EMPIRE AND THE TRANSITION (Joseph Kabuleta’s Weekly Rant RETURNS) – 08.07.2019).

Today, the Kampala Metropolitan Police arrested today the former New Vision Journalist and now Paster Joseph Kabuleta, as he has posted stories and texts on Facebook ranting about Project Muhoozi and the family of Museveni.

The Pastor is supposed to violate the Computer Misuse Act of 2011, article 25: “Offensive communication. Any person who willfully and repeatedly uses electronic communication to disturb or attempts to disturb the peace, quiet or right of privacy of any person with no purpose of legitimate communication whether or not a conversation ensues commits a misdemeanor and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty four currency points or imprisonment not exceeding one year or both” (Computer Misuse Act 2011).

It is funny that the Police Force has issues with a self-styled pastor, as they are run by a self-styled commander-in-chief and self-styled President for life. The Uganda Police Force has apprehended and taken in a man for what he has written on Facebook. Just like they arrested Dr. Stella Nyanzi over a poem on the same platform.

The authorities around the Leopards Anus, the Bean-Weevils of the world is working on overdrive. They are not lacking in action, in concern of the Royal family and their preposterous egos. The pastor might be wrong in what his writing, but that shouldn’t be a criminal offence to write about the acts of the Presidential family.

If what the Pastor is saying on Social Media is wrong and false information, could the UPF decipher the messages made online and tell what is initially wrong? Since the Press Release/Statement didn’t clarify it.

What I wonder about those rants from the self-styled pastor disturbed the peace or even attempted it with what he wrote on Social Media. This is just utter nonsense. The President and his rants in speeches are creating more havoc, than any of the posts of the City Pastor.

The man of very powerful words and descriptions about others. Should have the capacity to understand that people write bad about him too. The authorities need to show some gravitas … but that ship has sailed. Not that this government is balancing the boat, they are sinking it instead of securing the public. That is what they are doing, when they are arresting someone for rants like this.

This shows that anyone who writes questionable texts about the Museveni family will get into trouble. That is what the Republic is proud of and what it does to its citizens. That the state might disagree with what he wrote is whole other subject. They could send Ofwono Opondo, Andrew Mwenda and the whole New Vision to dismantle the texts, instead they are just arresting man. Using a code take away his freedom and liberty to have a free speech. Peace.

Opinion: How little is President Magufuli? You got no idea!

Forgive, O Lord, my little jokes on Thee

And I’ll forgive Thy great big one on me.” Robert Frost

You know that the state of affairs and the control of the population has gone to foolish levels, when people are investigated and arrested for publishing content on WhatsApp. Now, there are three students this week arrested from Kampala International University in Dar-Es-Salaam in Tanzania.

We already know that the CCM and President Joseph Magufuli is a touchy and a crowd who cannot stomach criticism, neither allow any sort of dissidents nor any movement of opposition, except if they have legally told the right authorities about their acts, lectures, press conferences or campaign rallies. In this United Republic, you can now be ensured that all your data, content and published online will be put under scrutiny. You could become a felon just for toying with a picture of the President.

That is what the three KIU students did, they played around with a picture of President Magufuli making him wear a hijab. Like that is dangerous, like this little joke would shatter the world, cease the power of the President and kill his libido. Surely, this sort of picture wouldn’t liberate the ovaries of woman in the life of the President. They would close them and would fear the cross-dressing President.

Let’s be serious. The Police and the authorities seeking to investigate this, having a court case over this is all a bunch of nonsense. Shows how dumb the society can go. How Big Brother Magufuli and his lack of love is ever present in the United Republic.

They are accused of “publishing false information through technology”, we all know that the President wouldn’t wear a hijab, unless he would get laid by his wife. We know that these students only did this as a joke. Not a sinister act on WhatsApp, they just had a fun with a public persona and the one with the highest office in the Republic. Surely, he should be able to carry this and also the state should see this as insignificant. Not like they cause mass hysteria, not like they were spreading massive leaks of government sensitive data nor planning a overthrow of government.

No, they just had a moment of fun on WhatsApp, which shouldn’t become a giant United Republic of Tanzania matter. The President, the Police and everyone should chill and ensure they can carry themselves. These students should even be allowed to make a picture with the President in a thong or G-string like Borat. Because, it is just mockery of a person in power.

The President isn’t a holy deity is he? Is Magufuli the lost son of God and we cannot mock him?

Please if so, do tell? Because, we need to know. A man of that character should have the brilliance and the wit to convince of it. Until then, his allowed to be mocked, that comes with the office he has. He should expect that and so should the government. Peace.

Somalia: Response plan for impact of poor Gu rains in place to avoid a major crisis (12.07.2019)

The delayed start and poor performance of the 2019 Gu’ (April-June) rains resulted in severe drought conditions across Somalia through early May.

MOGADISHU, Somalia, July 12, 2019 – Two years after the prolonged 2016/2017 drought destroyed livelihoods and displaced almost one million Somalis – but also triggered a massive and successful scale up in humanitarian response to avert famine – severe climatic conditions, combined with other persistent drivers of humanitarian crisis, armed conflict, protracted and continued displacement and a spike in evictions of internally displaced persons are again pushing Somalia towards a major humanitarian emergency.

The delayed start and poor performance of the 2019 Gu’ (April-June) rains resulted in severe drought conditions across Somalia through early May, pushing millions of people into acute food insecurity, with dire consequences for marginalized and displaced communities. In response, the Federal Government of Somalia and the aid community are together implementing a Drought Impact Response Plan which will provide critical life-saving assistance to 4.5 million Somalis between now and the end of the year at a cost of $686 million.

“The food insecurity situation is now extremely concerning with potentially disastrous consequences for the 2.2 million people facing crisis levels of food insecurity.  The seasonal harvest is projected to be 50 per cent below average and even lower in some areas, while malnutrition, drought-related diseases and displacement as well as protection risks are exacerbating existing vulnerability,” said George Conway, the acting Humanitarian Coordinator for Somalia. “I applaud the Federal Government of Somalia for demonstrating leadership and prioritizing scale up of response to the impact of the erratic and underperforming rains. I call on donors to fully resource the Plan and avoid a major crisis.”

The recurrent climatic shocks are a clear sign that Somalia is persistently vulnerable to the effects of climate change. “While it is critical to respond to today’s urgent life-saving needs, it is equally important that we build community resilience, invest in long-term development and strengthen the capacity of Somalia to withstand future shocks. Not every drought needs to lead to catastrophe,” said Mr. Hamza Said Hamza, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management. “We remain committed to move ahead with durable solutions under the Resilience and Recovery Framework and count on our international partners for support.”

The negative impact of erratic and abnormally performing Gu’ rains followed a poor 2018 Deyr season (Oct-Dec), and unusually dry conditions during the 2019 Jilaal season (Jan-Mar), impacting communities that are still recovering from the severe drought of 2016/17. With the exception of the 2018 Gu’, every rainy season since late 2015 has been below average, leading to increased vulnerability and decreased coping ability. Amidst this concerning situation, the humanitarian operation in Somalia remains underfunded with the 2019 Humanitarian Response Plan having received only 38 per cent of its requirements by mid-year, forcing aid agencies to limit or reduce relief efforts at a time when scale up is critical.

Contributions thus far received from the Governments of the United States, Germany, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Sweden, Qatar, Denmark and Switzerland amongst others are deeply appreciated, but all donors are encouraged to increase contributions to address the impacts of the current humanitarian situation.
