South Sudan Alliance Federal Army (SSAFA): The Coalition of two Political Movements’ armies (08.03.2019)

The former Presidential Candidate Maureen Kyalya, the candidate who ran under The Independent Coalition (TIC) together with Elton Joseph Mabirizi. They were both candidates during the General Elections for the 2016. Now, that the Election Road-Maps is soon scheduled and the parties are preparing for up-coming elections and registration. The previous candidate is returning.
In mind and in spirit, proclaiming the return, Maureen Kyalya is saying she is coming back with a party and candidature for the Presidential Election in 2021. Even if her last attempt was abysmal and should make her shed tears for her relevancy.
That is why she has spoken up against Bobi Wine during 2018 and proven her undying loyalty to the President. This meaning, that the only thing she thinks she get by doing all this. Is that she can get a pay-check and validate her needs to the Heads of State. President Museveni surely knows she is no threat, just like Gen. Benon Biraaro or Abed Bwanika. They are both posting up doing their thing and letting by-goons be by-goons. That is just the tradition of the elections. The other candidates are just stressing interfering individuals. The President needs more the VP Edward Ssekandi and the likes.
Presidential Candidate for whatever her name of her party will still be irrelevant. Even a chapti stand in any Kampala market have more fans than Kyalya, a newly furnished Taxi with grand seats have more spenders, than Kyalya will have. People know what she is, she does too, but want to play a big shot. When she really isn’t.
Maureen Kyalya can act like she has a shot like she has an opportunity to win or act like winner. If she was running to become a governor, residential district commander or even being an representative in the Busoga region. That would have made sense, because the candidate have been vocal about that, ever since she turned a politician. However, she has not shown interests or ability to prove knowledge of anything else. Maybe she should even visit the ferries and take a trip to the Ssese Islands to see the relatives of the Busoga. Just to get her mind refreshed and even see the borderline of the fiefdom of the Busoga. That would be healthy for her, maybe broaden her vision.
Because of last year, we know she is just a pawn, a secret lover of Museveni and his vision. She creates a party and candidature, only in hopes of being appointed somewhere substantial. She wants the Mama Mabira and Betty Kamya money too. Kyalya wants to pocket money too.
Maureen is not fielding her candidature for relevance nor popularity. Because there is none. Just like we haven’t talked about Mabarizi since the previous elections. 2021 will not make a difference, unless she can spend money like Mbabazi, spread the message like Bobi Wine and actually be a difference like Besigye. Alas, Kyalya is just a pawn, not a king or a queen. She wish she was, but the public is indifferent. The reason why I write this, because the public shouldn’t care or even take her serious.
Kyalya, the up-coming Presidential Candidate and newly minted Political Party, will not have organization or funding, unless someone who needs a Busoga party to represent itself. Than, there is just a front, a shop and one-person party made for the election. Not a sincere political apparatus or political motivated for a difference.
So, time to put the nail in the coffin and time for Maureen to go to the State House, beg for mercy and ask for a hiring. Become the Presidential Advisor for Busoga or something. Because, she will need that, she is not relevant now nor tomorrow, unless she stumbles on the humble onto something substantial and significant, which is profound and meaningful. However, trust me. That didn’t happen during the last campaign of hers and will not happen now either. Peace.

“GOVERNMENT DEFEAT: The House of Commons has again rejected the Government’s #BrexitDeal in the second #MeaningfulVote. The Commons voted 391 to 242 – a majority of 149. #BrexitVote” (UK House of Commons, 12.03.2019).
The Tories and Prime Minister Theresa May have for the second time lost in the House of Commons, this being on the vote to get the Parliament to accept the Withdrawal Agreement before announced leaving date, which up in about two weeks. There is mere days before the United Kingdom is leaving as a Member State and becoming Non-Member. This should have been better prepared by the government, as the HM Government had two years preparing it. However, they botched it and not been thorough about it.
That is really evident, as the Tories has lost twice with their Withdrawal Agreement vote in the House of Commons. They have been voted down on amendments and lost to the Opposition with striking numbers like today. It is like PM May likes to be humiliated in Parliament. That she enjoys looking weak and wobbling into the future. Because, the strong and steady it haven’t been with her at the helm. That also because he head-hunted Brexiteers into the cabinet, but not thinking they would have the capacity or will to configure the pledges in the Referendum of late.
The Brexiteers like David Davis, Boris Johnson and others didn’t deliver in the roles, they just acted like Secretaries, but was smug and arrogant without dropping any sort of transparent work or proof of negotiations that mattered with Brussels. Only empty pledges and promises. That now the public should see after two years. Since the road to No-Deal is seemingly soon the only way, as the HM Government rather save face, than save the Kingdom. Rather create a depression and recession, create inflation and lack of imports, just so they can rule another minute. That is what the Tories are leading the Nation too. Because of their empty headed pride of an Empire, that is long gone and is only a faded memory.
That is why this is the news today. Another loss, another defeat and no jurisdiction or any directions concerning Brexit. Which is special concerning the limited time to fix it. But also the two years of work since announcing the notification of issuing the Article 50. They still haven’t configured or figured out how to deal with it. Except for issuing statements, saying they will fix it all and await more confidence statements from the EU. Without having anything but deadlock and lack of skills to pursuit anything meaningful.
Whatever misgivings the Tories and the HM Government does have, is that they never talked about or even considered the EU26 or the protocol of the EU, which have to held accountable. As an another sovereign and legal entity over its territory, which will not toyed around by another outsider. Just like the Brexiteers wanted to hand-pick and cherry-pick the coolest parts of the Union, while not being a Member State.
What history should now learn them, that is not how it works and it has all, but backfired. That is why there is a deadlock and steady road to crisis filled No-Deal. A backstabbing own economy, just to become a Third-Country with WTO rules, ensure the public is severely paying the price for gamble of leaving the Union and its rules, regulations and its trade union. They are surely selling each other short, while paying the price doing so. But hey that is what they wanted right?
The Tories, the Brexiteers are losing, not only the perks and the simplistic trade, but also the benefits and the Membership over a faulty towered inspired bureaucratic mumble jumbo, which cannot be accepted by anyone. That is why the Tories and PM May has lost again.
It is May-Day May-Day, the warnings been there. The Brexit have been limping, nearly moving towards anything of pride or joy. Just another loss and another humiliating day for her reign. Prime Minister Theresa May seems to be without anchor or without a guiding star leading her way to redemption.
It is a Mayday, May-Day, read all about it. Yet another default miss. Yet another Penalty Shot failing to hit between the posts. Just another defeat, no guts and no glory. That is the story. Peace.

Some half a million people have been displaced as Cameroon’s government battles an Anglophone separatist movement in the largely French-speaking country.
JOHANNESBURG, South Africa, March 12, 2019 – The top United States diplomat to Africa says perhaps it’s time to take the deadly separatist crisis in Cameroon to an “international forum.”
An exasperated Tibor Nagy told reporters on Tuesday that “my heart breaks for Cameroon … I just don’t understand why this crisis goes on and on and on.”
Some half a million people have been displaced as Cameroon’s government battles an Anglophone separatist movement in the largely French-speaking country. Weary residents in the middle have pleaded for peace.
Nagy, the U.S. assistant secretary of state for Africa, called for “open, unlimited national dialogue.”
Cameroon’s government in a strongly worded statement last week criticized Nagy’s earlier comments on the Anglophone crisis, accusing him of misunderstanding the situation and interfering in the West African country’s internal affairs.

Today on the 11th March 2019, Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta have been busy, as he visited both Kigali meeting Rwandan President Paul Kagame and later in the day at State House, Entebbe in Uganda, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
What is really special is how quickly the Kenyan President passed between the Heads of State, as well as how brief it was in Kigali and also in Entebbe. Its also special, that there was no issued statements, joint communications or anything significant dropped hours after the visits. There only been minor dropped quotes and citation in the likes of New Times Rwanda, Chimps Reports/Soft Power News, which are positive and government friendly media outlets in respective countries. Also, some acknowledgement in the Kenyan Press. However, nothing official about this.
Even though it is positive that the Kenyan President have visited Kigali and Entebbe within this short time, as the escalation and growing tensions between the state has significantly strained over the past two weeks. As the Rwandan has closed the border, the Ugandan have arrested and questioned Rwandan nationals, as the states are retaliating against each with various of measures. While not talking or having dialogue between them. As well, as even more questionable behaviour of both …
The talks today between Kenyatta and Kagame might have been pleasant, as the pictures of the event seems joyful. Also, that the cordial meeting between Museveni and Kenyatta, seemed decent enough in the circumstances. But whatever progress or whatever the talks was about. Is surely not easy to know. There was no minutes, was no official documents or any communique of any sorts, that has been released. Not even the pre-text for the 24 hours hasty meetings in Rwanda and Uganda of the Kenyan counterpart.
It is positive that Kenyatta does this, but we doesn’t know with what intention, what mandate or anything he plans to get out of this. Except he is trying to the be giant in the East Africa. The Big-Man able to settle the grievances between neighbours. Because what does it say, that Kagame and Kenyatta held a “a tête a tête” meeting for a brief while, while later holding bilateral talks at Entebbe State House with Museveni. Who knows what it produced or didn’t produce.
That is what I bugged about, because this sort of meetings shouldn’t be kept secret. The narratives, the stories and their plays should be public. For the regard of the trust between the Heads of State and their citizens. All three’s best interest are the public trust and the lack of transparency in this matter. Shows why the tensions between the state is filled with conspiracy and mistrust between both parties. Is because of the lack of open government and lack of proper consultation between the President and the general public. Peace.
