There are something seriously wrong, as the State Capture Commission is on the works and the African National Congress (ANC) are slowing the process, as the Gupta businesses, the direct state corruption and all the back-logs of cases against the former South African President continues. This case has prolonged and pushed back, as the indictment of the previous President took so many years.
That is why Jacob G. Zuma are now in trouble, but the state is not clearing the shop. They are not going hard on the evidence or anything seemingly, as Zuma didn’t do this business and transactions alone. Zuma did it with the help of ANC as well. To enrich himself and his family, use the foreign investors family and state owned enterprises as vaults of funds to spend.
Zuma and his works for years are in the Courts combined with certain corruption scandals, but not all of them. We can wonder who will be implicated and whose family members that will be touched. As the Republic of South Africa and ANC should want to move-on, but they still need clarity of the crimes and the stolen funds. As the long time misuse of government funds is known, the amounts of scandals and possible embezzlement should clearly cost for the former President.
However, just as the Commission is doing its work, they are giving the bonafide thief a pension of 3 millions a year. We can just wonder what kind of spell Zuma has done to the ANC. As they accepted his business and his toying around with government funds. That was accepted, the ANC Executive Committee and others didn’t stop it. They didn’t silence it, Zuma and his associates was allowed to do so. Even as the ‘No Confidence’ votes came to the National Assembly, but the ANC stayed loyal for so long.
Therefore, the latest movement of giving him a pension is an insult, as the investigations, as the State Capture and the Corruption Cases are unfolding. The Previous President should be prosecuted and answer for what he did, together with his associates, even if that hit the core of ANC. That is if the ANC cares about justice and rule of law. They can answer as, we know Zuma wasn’t alone and they shielded him, because they all earned on these transactions. The Gupta, The Nkandla and the Arms Trade are all in same fashion. Zuma is the head, but the ANC accepted it and used the Ministries to vouch for him.
They are now even paying him fortunes for his retirement, as Zuma are now answering for his crimes. He has to be sentenced and in bracelets. For now he is free, but hopefully Zuma will pay for his actions. As he stole from the state coffers and made himself a village. That is a crime and the ANC should also take responsibility. It is the time to do so, Zuma is the head, but the party was behind him. They kept him and accepted his actions.
Zuma is a corrupt politician and was known for being so, still the ANC promoted his leadership and his actions. That shall be remembered. He deserves a trial and answer for what he did, but not alone, the rest of his associates should do to. Peace.

We can start to wonder, what does it take to go from an internal audit of tenders and files within the Independent Boundaries and Electoral Commission (IEBC) after the General Election and Fresh Presidential Elections of 2017 to go into a real inquiry and direct investigations into the manners of what really was done during that period?
Because now in 2018, there been internal problems and deflections, as the IEBC has tried to shield themselves and tried to make themselves clean without even during cleaning. They have tried to fix things, without doing anything else, but for appearances sake.
Today’s news:
“POLICE ARREST Chiloba PA Abednego Ominde and acting IEBC Finance director Agatha Wahome after attempt to sneak out 14 procurement files” (NationBreakingNews, 13.09.2018).
The suspension of Ezra Chiloba haven’t changed anything, there are Commissioners who has returned as they was even paid while they had quit their offices. Therefore, the whole IEBC seems shady as it is and Wafula Chebukati doesn’t seem to handle it very well. As the trust of the organization is lack-luster already and today’s activity is just a long string of ill-activity from the government organization.
Chiloba must really be shielded by the high-above, Chiloba have to be connected up-high and gotten suction from either the DP or the President. Because Chiloba are suspended, but still pulling strings within the organization. The Internal Audit which is continuing, are not seemingly addressing the manners of 2017 or anything that glaces trust towards the electorate. There are just more mere saga of drama, without any smoking gun.
Chiloba can act all out and play innocent in these manners, but we know there are more to it. As the rigged elections, lack of transparency and lack of electoral reforms are the reasons for the issues that are there today. That Chiloba continued and Chebukati, as well as the rest of team, expect for Roselyn Akombe who has left the scene. The rest have returned and the reality right now is that IEBC can do whatever and get away with it. As the IEBC gave the results the Jubilee needed and now they just need to make a circus so that it seems to changes of guards, but the reality is they are gearing up to do more of the same later. Without anyone looking into the servers, the connections to Cambridge Analytica or the OT Morpho. Everything are just moving like nothing.
Chiloba is just half-stepping and gets away, the IEBC does the same. There is no promise. Chiloba are just acting out and so does the organization. Chebukati doesn’t feel this or acts stressed. They are just playing the public without any smoke or fire. It is just acting out, but no real change. That should worry Kenyans, but they have more dire needs with more cost of life, more taxes and a broke state with growing debts. Peace.

The reality is that President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni aka Bosco lost his mind yesterday. He was surely sitting in darkness and mad, as he put out all of the electricity and ensured people that they could watch Voice of America and Straight Talk Africa with Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine as it was scheduled at 9:30 PM on the 12th September.
This program really made the President angry and unsure, as he has ordered the live-broadcast on the NBS Television and all electricity off as the program was about to start. Minutes after the black-out, the UMEME made statements and later claimed of technical glitches at Owen Falls, but this is never happening when Bosco is speaking, but only when powerful voices who are questioning his power. That is why he takes off all power of the nation, the nation who has surplus power in his eyes. They can clearly not have stable enough electricity…
Maybe cause Bobi Wine states the obvious so clearly:
““In Uganda, there can be a murder and the Police shows up after hours. But if youth gather to discuss the future of their country, Military Police will appear from nowhere in 2 minutes and beat up everyone.” – Bobi Wine (12.09.2018).
This is showing the blatant disregard for the dissidents, which has been known for years by the ones who follow, but are now getting exposed in the International Media. Also, this is being told in a manner, where the President cannot control the message. That is why he tried to block it, like he did with social media in and around the General Election of 2016.
However, this is 2018 and even with usage of gasoline to make electricity during black-outs, while also this video clips of the program will be spread online and shown for days, as the state cannot black-out or block the footage. Therefore, if the President thought his order would silence or stop the spreading of the messages from Bobi Wine. He is terribly wrong, but showing more of fear of the man. That the President has exposed his fear is really clear.
That Bosco struggles with Bobi Wine is obvious now, as he are turning of the electricity because of Straight Talk Africa, where his dissident is speaking. While when he is speaking for hours himself the other day, without any interference, but when Bobi Wine is on, the blackout is ordered.
If he thinks this was wise, it wasn’t, because he has shown his level of insecurity. The people should take notice, not only of the costs of losing electricity for a few hours, but that Bosco cannot manage his anger and frustration, as one MP are talking on an International TV station, there are also reports that the electricity has been turned of today, when NBS Television planned to do a re-run. Therefore, someone is really furious and not stable mind concerning Bobi Wine. Peace.
