The nine lives of Chiloba!

“REPRIEVE FOR IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba as court directs that he resume work pending determination of case he filed after he was suspended” (Nation Breaking News, 14.06.2018).

After the failed attempt to cover-up their mistakes and the rigging in 2017. CEO Ezra Chiloba has been the fall guy of the whole Independent Boundaries and Electoral Commission (IEBC). Everyone with a working mind knows the numbers was juiced up in the Fresh Presidential Elections and also in the first round of 2017. That is well-known and denying it is only fools at play. Even if the Supreme Court validated it, that because the case made for the court wasn’t any good the second round.

Therefore, the IEBC who has had major commissioners fleeing the scene, as they don’t want to associate or be apart of the rigging affair. As the dubious attempts to create legitimacy for the second term of Uhuru Kenyatta was under way. Where all parts from ballots, BVR Machines, Digital Transmission of Results to even the Safaricom blunders. Everything that was questionable, could be questioned without any concern of malice. Since the IEBC did a shady job and the high ranking officials didn’t deny it either. As the Internal Memo’s was released showing more breaches and questionable behaviour.

That Chiloba get back his job after a Court Order isn’t surprising. It is surprising that it took this long. But that is good tactic, as so many forget the grievances of last year. That was mid-2017 and late-2017, now we are mid-2018. The Handshake has already squashed the beef and made sure the Jubilee can survive without too much interference for another day.

Chiloba seems to survive again. That is because of indifference and the heartache. This is because of the nature of affairs. As the corruption scandals and the other fresher evident of theft is more dire, than the previous affairs of electioneering effort to keep the President.

That is why Cambridge Analytica/IEBC Server connection, the whole charade of an election and the questionable results, the lack of voter turnout verifications and the shady voter-rolls, as well as the breaches of trust between BVR Company OT-Morpho/Safran is there. Because the Chiloba aftermath never has been solved.

Chiloba seems to get another life. But it is not because he is good or cares about his job. It is more that he serves a purpose for the regime. That is it. Now that the months and days has gone. The Jubilee, Ruto and Kenyatta hopes that the people have forgotten. Now more preoccupied with the current scandals of the day. The open day looting of state reserves. That is the end-game of a illegitimate regime. They don’t have to answer to anyone. Except for the computer generated bots that elected them. Peace.

The Final Twisted tale of Kayihura! [Officially detained at Makindye Military Barracks]

Now the General, the former Inspector General of Police Edward Kale Kayihura is now taken into custody, he is charged with the killing of AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi from last year. He was taken from Mbarara, the police searched the hotel in Lyantonde and even sent a military chopper to his farm. Clearly, they had planned to apprehend him. The UPDF Statement of yesterday was vague at best and the reality has hit the fan. The kingpin, the man behind the shield is now in custody.

We know they are really gone after him too, as four of his close associates is also behind bars. The men around in leadership roles within the police is now also arrested. That is serious business. Means, that the time of freedom and liberty after ended service is now all gone and the state has started its retribution. This time in the name of Kaweesi.

All of Kayihura and his crew, his farm is sealed off and the ones big-man has now lost all his spark. As he is detained at Makindye Military Prison. Certainly, the arrest of Kayihura is big and many has awaited this. The last 48 hours shows so, as he has arrested many and plenty of petty matters and used political arrests frequently. Clearly, all of the families who has seen their relatives goes punished for being political will get their prayers answered with seeing the culprit behind the matter behind bars.

Here is the new fresh reports:

“Monday night security chiefs meeting sealed Kayihura fate. The decision to arrest former IGP Kale Kayihura was made during a high level security meeting held at State House Entebbe on Monday” (PML Daily, 14.06.2018).

“Kayihura met with the Chief of Defence Forces Gen David Muhoozi at the army headquarters in Mbuya, Kampala. At Mbuya, he was interrogated for about seven hours until around 8:00pm when a heavily-guarded military convoy of military trucks escorted him to Makindye” (91.2 Crooze FM, 14.06.2018).

“Former Inspector General of Police Gen Kale Kayihura has been detained at Makindye Military Barracks. Gen Kayihura, according to Defence Spokesperson Brig Richard Karemire, was airlifted from his farm in Kashagama, Lyantonde District” (91.2 Crooze FM, 14.06.2018).

This here is really showing how his fate was sealed. The State House decided that now was the time to set it off and signal him off. Even after many years of being obedient and loyal cadre. He is now an outcast and an outlaw. His rank and profile doesn’t matter, he is no a common criminal.

All of this just settle it. The ones time a favourite of the President is now just old hot-garbage. That will get the same treatment has Kayihura has served others in his role as the IGP. He is now soon giving the same plotted downfall as we have seen with other big-men Museveni want to get rid off. This is certainly, because Kayihura knows to much and has had to much connections. That is why he has to taken down now, before he spiral off and even reveal it.

It is official, he is arrested and detained. Certainly, not what Kayihura thought would be the end of his career. Now he will answer for the brutal assassination of Kaweesi. No one anticipated that, but that is front. Since so many people have been put forward as suspects in that case. This is just the nail in the coffin of Kayihura. Peace.

A Message to the UPF: You won’t solve Abiriga’s murder by arresting MPs!

I don’t know if this is the remedy, the Uganda Police Force has or the National Resistance Movement (NRM) have to secure their existence, because at some point of time. They just have to arrest some Members of Parliament on some fraudulent charges. This time it hon. Hassan Fungaroo Kaps, the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) the Obangi County MP and also Betty Nambooze Bakireke, the Democratic Party (DP), the Mukono Municipality MP.

Today, the Police Force first took Nambooze from her home in Mukono, than she was put in Jinja Road Police Station before taken to Naggalama Police Station. Where she after a whole day was released. This after producing a statement and let out on bond until Friday, as the probe on Abiriga continues. That is because the Police says the MP has delivered “Offensive Communications”. Meaning, she said something profound online or in a broadcast. Which was insulting the intelligence of the NRM.

Certainly, the same must have been done by Fungaroo too. Both of them have to show up on Friday as the Police are investigating them. This is all a charade, where they are used as pawns to create chaos. Certainly, the UPF and UPDF don’t want people to look into the cover-ups and the sudden arrests surrounding Gen. Kale Kayihura, also the strange events around his airlift. Nothing seems like the statement the UPDF said. Neither, the changing narrative. They are doing that, as people are worked-up of the assassination of Abiriga.

Therefore, because these MP’s was speaking out, writing their heart out and actually taking a stand. The Police are shielding the state arresting them and trying to stop them from questioning the death of Abiriga. That is why the Uganda Communication Commission are also explaining how people should communicate about the investigation into Abiriga, because the state doesn’t like thinkers. The NRM Regime need loyal followers, everything else is sectarianism.

That is why this arrests and this threats against to MPs is just sad. They are used as tool from the state. Their arrests and their investigations into the words they said, won’t bear fruit and create any changes of the cause. This sort of investigation is more a public mirage, than actually making a difference. The investigation should be into the motorcycle killers and the leads from the murder-scene. Not if an MP wrote something on Facebook or talked on NTV. That is just nonsense and the world knows that.

What is saddest is that the state use these tools, instead of solving the murder. They are misusing the state resources on mirages on forgery and not on the initial investigation into who actually killed Abiriga. Because they are more preoccupied playing with these MPs and their lives. Using their time and spirit. This is not making the Republic better. Just hurting it instead and also the integrity of the Parliament. As again MPs are suddenly made criminals for speaking their mind. Peace.
