The White House Sack-Race Continues: Sessions firing Deputy Director of FBI McCabe – Just another Whack Job from the Administration!

It is rich of Attorney General Jeff Sessions to fire on behalf of the President Donald Trump, the Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Andrew McCabe. It is so wealthy and extravagant of the AG to sack McCabe, this is a hack-job or a whack-job. This is so fitting this limited minded administration under President Trump. The steam-rolling circus evolving around the narrow-minded, compromised and tauntingly stupid administration of Trump. This isn’t governance, this isn’t building institutions or trying to uphold them, instead it is massaging the ego of Trump.

This is buying Sessions time, since he has been under-fire and called disloyal on dozens of occasions by the President. Who has no civil understanding or common sense, except he wants Mars Robots and Soldiers fighting Jupiter now, while building a wall and still having a massive budget deficit. You know that Trump doesn’t have many marbles left, neither any words of wisdom. That is why he hires folk from CNBC and Fox&Friends, because he doesn’t know better.

McCabe is fired because he has defied and followed protocol, he is fired because Trump grew tired that the Russian investigation and the Mueller Probe finally hit the Trump Organization. The skeletons in the business of the Trump Organization will be looked into by the FBI. The ones that he despise and tried to obstruct ever since getting into office. It is only someone who fears the truth, that does what he can to stifle the investigation. Just think if Obama did this one of a dozens of Benghazi hearings or if Clinton moved against the Starr Impeachment investigations. The whole Republican hell would have brought loose, but in this day and age, it is just Friday.

Trump can have allegations of all ill-conduct, he can be sued by a Porn-Star, while other Presidents cannot even have alleged blow-jobs in the office or mistresses. Without nearly losing their jobs or getting public scrutiny. The double-standard is amazing, it was a week where Obama was critiqued by the Republicans for wearing a brown-suit. Today, it sound like nonsense, it was nonsense back-then, but compared to the big scandals of Trump. It is nothing and shouldn’t have been a thing.

That this firing is suspect isn’t only that Sessions did the bidding of the President, but that hours ahead of the firing, the Fox News had already made draft articles of the firing of him. The angle wings was already spreading and the legacy and the epicenter of nonsense was in full swing. That the allegations made by Sessions is rich, since he lied on his forms before getting appointed, he didn’t tell about his meeting with foreign agents during the run-up to the election. He also lied on the stand when they were having the public hearing. Therefore, Sessions is not the guy to blame McCabe, he should first fist-pump God, before telling other about orderly conduct.

For me this a reaction that the McCabe never flinched or stopped the Russian Probe of Mueller, never gave way or stopped anything. This is revenge and petty politics of the highest order, the Grand Wizard of the White House. He just cannot help himself, while he is watching Fox News, InfoWars or busy playing golf.

This is just one of to many who has gone out, the second highest in command of the FBI. The Second FBI director during the tenure of Trump. That should be shocking, but he has no levels of understanding, that the President is not above the law. However, he thinks so. McCabe is just the freshest casualty in the war against his case and the Mueller Investigation. If there was nothing, he wouldn’t obstruct justice, neither sack former FBI Director James Comey or politicize the Department of Justice. It is not one of his tools, but a independent department to work for the citizens, not the Commander-in-Chief. The whiny baby in the Oval Office, has to sooner learn that, but that train has left the station already.

We just know, that the Trump Administration will continue to be chaos, as the people hired has no knowledge of governance and is stooges, while the will of the GOP isn’t there. All other excuse is not acceptable. The reality is that this is just another step in touching the Russian investigation. To look at it differently is just exposing the mental dissonance from the factors that been spinning since inauguration.

It is time to indict more people close to the President and fire of all cylinders, but Mueller is navigating the waters and collecting evidence to build case. He will not give in easy and will cover all space. Not like GOP House Representatives, that are showing their weakness and loyalty to the President. That is why the suspended the investigations there, without getting all details as the DNC Report after proves. To many people haven’t been interviewed, neither subpoena enough documentation. Hopefully, Mueller does and gets, so he can drop bombshells and prove no leads to the reality getting exposed. Peace.

Coup in Mogadishu: PM Khaire Vs. Speaker Jawari!

There are reports that the Somali National Army and the Special Guard on orders by the Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire today after there been secret meetings of a ‘No Confidence’ towards him and wanted it to be tabled at the Parliament. This was supposed to be a group of 40 MPs in the Parliament. However, the PM has addressed this with sending the army to the Parliament and seizing it. To silence and stop the House Speaker Mohamed Osman Jawari. As well as the PM took away the Security Detail for the Speaker hours earlier. This is really a stand-off between the two power brokers.

This week the blows between has been evident as the tablet ‘no confidence’ against Jawari, that was in the media on the 13th March, now on the 16th March, the whole brigade has blown over. Since the PM has used his powers to act against the people who wants him down.

Even United Nations in Somalia (UNSOM) has this Press Statement late today: “JOINT PRESS STATEMENT: International community extremely concerned by recent political developments in #Somalia, urges respect for constitutional processes to resolve differences” (UNSOM, 16.03.2018).

This stand-off is because of different ‘no confidence’ votes and signatures. Earlier in the week, there was 40 MPs at an undisclosed location planning to put forward a petition to vote on the future of the Prime Minister. However, that has no been countered, but the PM decided to order the army. Therefore, this isn’t procedure or trying to resolve matter with words or persuasion. The same issue as of the fear, there are reports of regroup of 91 MPs to support the suspension of the Session tomorrow tabled by the speaker. But that is only to be in the good graces of the ones using the army against the Parliament.

While the Minister of Security Mohamed Abukar Islow Dualle wants to deflect the reports that has been going on for hours, as they are saying: “denies reports of the seizure of the Parliament building, says it sent reinforcement units to boost the security” (Garowe Online, 16.03.2018).

Just to further verification to all the speculations, that this is real, the reporting from Radio Dalsan said this: ““The security of the Parliament is not our control. If anything happens in Parliament the responsibility is not mine but the PM.The security is not in our hands but has gone to the PM. The responsibility has been taken by him” Speaking to journalists at his office Jawari added” (…) “Radio Dalsan reporter Saleymaan Rage confirmed the presence of extra military personnel deployed at the Parliament buildings. These latest development followed this week’s failed vote of no confidence against Jawari” (…) “Mps loyal to Jawari have accused Khaire of being the mastermind of the vote of no confidence against Speaker Jawari. Jawari said that he is ready to face the motion on the floor of the house if the legal requirements are met” (…) “Deputy Speaker Abdulkadir Mudey on Thursday had announced that the motion is legitimate and will brought to the house. Jawari has been a speaker since 2012” (Radio Dalsan, 16.03.2018).

Jawari claims reason motion was initiatied again him is because “I refused to sign documents that are contrary to the principle and trust”. If any problem happens at building it’ll be the responsibility of the PM who ordered seizure, Somali people should know that, Jawari says” (Harun Maruf, 16.03.2018).

At this point, with the allegations going both ways, the weakest link seems to be the one who ordered the army and Special Guards to takeover the Parliament. Take away the Parliamentary Guards and the ones securing the Parliament Speakers Security. That is really to insult to injury and also intimidate the Speaker of the Lower House. Prime Minister Khaire are really messing up the political landscape and also showing his will to use force to stay in power.

That PM Khaire is afraid is evident by his actions, since he fears for both motions, that the Lower House would get enough signatures and votes to impeach him. That would have insulted him and also his career. Seemingly, the speaker since 2012 would follow procedure and make sure he didn’t get enough signatures against him. That is what the PM should be doing, making alliances and making sure the Parliament would be on his side, even as the secret meetings was appearing. However, he has instead sent the army and trying to tell it isn’t anything. Like the Speaker would cry foul and spread the news, when it is nothing. It is Mogadishu. He knows when he see army personnel and when they takeover of the Parliament.

This is a coup, where the Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire has taken all power in his hands and doesn’t care for the aftermath. He is clearly using his power and the position he has to stop the Speaker of the Lower House. Clearly, this is a violation and a stand-off. We just have to see, what will be the next movement. What it will cost for the Parliament, for the motions and for the Speaker. Even if this will backfire for the PM who is in-charge of the operation.

While we can wonder, why the President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed Faramajo has been silent and hasn’t acted? Doesn’t he care about the Parliament or the Speaker? Is he a puppet for the Prime Minister? That is things I wonder about, since this sort of action should have been done by the President and the No Confidence should been pushed with him first and then the PM. That would be common sense, as the MPs would bring down the center and maneuver down the food-chain. Instead, the Second in Command is the one people are questioning. Than, you know there are something behind closed-doors that is not known in public or disclosed yet. Peace.

Opinion: The NRM need to send Snoop’s Gummy Bear Army to the next By-Election!

There is something seriously wrong the National Resistance Movement (NRM), it is so systemic, so rampant and self-destructive, even more than 50 Cent. It is as if the NRM needs to find itself out and understand what it is. Because right now, they are trying to blindfold the public, trying to subdue the masses and lie on a grand scale. They are trying to put all blame on the opposition that won, when they ordered the soldiers into the streets. When they put the police in-charge and detained over 50 Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) activists and Campaign Officials. It is time to look at it 20/20 and get a new perspective, because right now, it is dumb, dumb dumb and dumber.

Time for the NRM to use the Sour Patch Kids of Method Man to dance on the tables, even use the Gummy Bear Army of Snoop Dogg from the Katie Perry song back-in-the-day. Because this is not cool anymore. That the party using intimidation, the ones collectively pre-ticketing ballots are complaining about the FDC. After they lost, a fourth round in a row they lost in Jinja East Constituency.

It is vindictive and very rare moment, that the by-elections swings this way, most of them has gone in favour of NRM. The one most significant before this was Kyadondo East, where Bobi Wine won the election over a NRM candidate. Therefore, this is a blow to the supremacy, but it was a narrow escape, in Kyadondo, the numbers was with such a margin the NRM couldn’t rig it, even if they tried. They did, but the public wouldn’t have it, just like they didn’t in Jinja East.

If the NRM should complain about the narrative of the fraudulent affair from the FDC. Why did none of them end behind bars? Why did none of them have issues with the soldiers? Why did they do whatever? They even pre-ticket ballots to the staggering numbers of 8,000 for their candidate, while walking away like nothing. Therefore, it is hard to defend that the FDC did something wrong, other than contesting and actually proving that they have the public behind them.

It is hard to take the NRM serious in this matter, when they are attacking the FDC for the same reasons, everyone else could question the state. The misuse of the police, the soldiers should be evident enough, that the state was ready and spent massive fortunes to win it. While the FDC hold campaign rallies and had help from FDC Central Executive Committee, as they camped there the week ahead. That is natural, when the NRM shots off all cylinders to take it.

It is time for the NRM to send the Gummy Bears, if they want to cry foul, not send highly trained military personnel into a civilian area, unless they want to cease local government and annex it directly to the State House. It just don’t make sense, the amounts of mambas and soldiers. Therefore, the NRM Secretary General Lumumba, should just have delivered the petition to the court and get a fifth round in Jinja East. Which, they will also loose, because their man isn’t any good. That is why the President want him just to sleep in the parliament and send him to India if he get sick.

Send the Gummy Bears and stop the nonsense. Peace.

United Nations Mission in South Sudan and Government Break Ground for South Sudan’s First Juvenile Reformatory Centre in Juba (16.03.2018)

For the first time in South Sudan, this JRC will allow 90 children in conflict with the law to be safely and securely housed.

JUBA, South Sudan, March 16, 2018 – Today (March 15, 2018), the United Nations Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary General, Mr. Moustapha Soumaré, and the Minister of Interior, Hon. Michael Chienjiek Geay, broke the ground to establish South Sudan’s first Juvenile Reformatory Centre (JRC) in Juba. This project is part of ongoing technical cooperation between the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) and the National Prisons Service of South Sudan (NPSSS). The project will result in the conversion, renovation, and refurbishment of one of Juba Central Prison’s buildings into a fully functioning JRC. The project will be implemented by the South Sudanese NGO, Charity Aid for Development and Emergency (CADE).

For the first time in South Sudan, this JRC will allow 90 children in conflict with the law to be safely and securely housed—separate from adult offenders—while awaiting trial or serving their sentences. Providing a separate living environment for children not only complies with international best practices, but also provides a more conducive environment for children to receive the support necessary to successfully reintegrate into society.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Soumaré stated that UNMISS’ Rule of Law and Child Protection Units “stand ready to partner with the government and the NPSSS to address issues related to juvenile detention and rehabilitation”. He also promised UNMISS’ support to continue advocating for much-needed vocational skills and education training programmes that will assist the children to fully reintegrate into society. Mr. Soumaré hoped that establishing this facility in Juba will serve as a model that can be replicated to serve other children in conflict with the law in other parts of the country.

As well as establishing this JRC, UNMISS’ collaboration with NPSSS includes the recent launch of a pilot project to review prolonged and arbitrary detention cases in Juba Central Prison. This project can be replicated in other prisons throughout the country to reduce cases of prolonged and arbitrary detention. In addition, UNMISS Rule of Law Unit is providing technical assistance to justice sector partners to develop legal reforms to reduce the number of persons in detention, including through exploring alternatives to detention.
