“The brutal search for missing arms in Mumias has been stopped. The order was made by the Mumias West area deputy county commissioner Philip Soi. This comes after a public uproar on police brutality during an operation to search for 7 guns stolen by armed men last week. Residents have accused police officers of using unnecessary force.
